The Missy Malone & Friends Burlesque Revue are offering performers the chance to showcase their acts on stage as part of one of the four theatre shows.

We are calling for performers from all levels from newbie to professional, and all genres. We have split the categories as follows:

- Comedy (Stand Up, Sketches and Musical)

- Cabaret (Singing, Burlesque, Dance and Magic)

- Circus & Physical Theatre

- Literature (Poetry, Prose & Dramatics)

- Music

All applications will be considered although we only have four places as shows run from Thursday 4th – Saturday 6th February 2010.

The success applicants will not only have the chance to perform alongside some of the UK’s most established Burlesque and Cabaret performers including Missy Malone, Leyla Rose, Vicky Butterfly, Desmond O’Connor and Christian Lee but will be part of a professional theatre production at The Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham which will be professional photographed and video recorded.

This is open to anyone within the South West who is over the age of 18.

Applications have to have been submitted by the 21st December 2009.

Please note this is an unpaid opportunity to perform in a professional theatre production.
