THE LOCAL VENUE is a great newly updated concert venue located in the Marietta area, about 20 minutes north of Atlanta just off I-75. It is very easy to locate and inside SIDELINES GRILLE. Joe Ahn owns and operates both establishments. Check our calendar for open dates.
RENTING THE LOCAL VENUE:
2700 sq ft. 350 capacity.
1. The venue is $550. neg. That includes awesome sound, amazing lights, bartenders, and in-house door person. Security is extra. Contract must be signed and rental fee paid in full before date is reserved.
2. Booking a particular show must be done at LEAST 2 months prior to the date. Tickets are renters responsibility. You can use Ticket Alternative for printing.
3. Load in is 2 hours before doors and must be completed before sound check. Sound check is 1 hour before doors.
4. This is an over 18 establishment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
