hello!

Just a quickie to let you know that I am slowing working on new songs... I'm just taking a bit more time and trying out a few new sounds and ideas. I've got about 30 pieces of new music written but only about 5 of those tracks have lyrics and I'm not even sure which ones will get finished at this point.

I've also just finished uploading most of the Elektradog songs to ilike so check it out if there's something you're looking for like Rated X or Can't Stop Dancing.



Once again I'd like to mention that Elektradog is now on facebook. I'm still a bit confused by what the big deal is with that site as everything seems so hidden and hard to find.

I tried to post a blog a day or so ago but kept getting errors, lost the whole message and gave up so I'm re-typing it now (if I can remember what I said?).

I'm just getting back into writing new songs... well mostly music (lyrics will come later as usual) and once I've got about 20 songs I shall (with Dave's help) pick the best 12 or so songs and make them free to download as a full album on elektradog.com

There are several pieces of music on the go (all upbeat, pop/rock/indie/electronic stuff) including something that reminds me of old skool 1970's Stevie Wonder (although I never intended that to happen, it was a nice surprise when it did though) and I managed to get the lyrics written for another one this morning called From Venus With Love about an astronaut stranded on planet Venus sending messages to his loved one (no I haven't smoked any weed... but has anyone got some I can have LOL).

I shall keep you updated of further developments as they happen.

I'm just uploading another song from the Seahorses CD called Little Man which is replacing Mantra. I thought a change would be good and I'm also doing it for a friend of mine in Australia who's been very kind and supportive since I started doing music on myspace so this is for you!

I shall start dabbling about with stuff soon for new songs... nothing planned, no ideas so I'm excited to see what I can come up with!

Just a quick message to let you know that www.elektradog.com has had a few little updates.

1. We've taken the VIDEO INTRO (Future Shocks) off the site as it was slowing everything down.

2. The ABOUT section has been revised.

3. The MUSIC section is now called STORE and will have music and other things to buy.

4. The LYRICS page has a few additions (16 new song lyrics to be precise, including all 10 songs from SEAHORSES).

5. The NEWS page will update live as it's coming direct from the myspace blog feed.

6. The LINKS page has a couple of additional links including my favourite band of the moment, "Midnight Juggernauts" (do check em' out!).

7. The PICTURES section has 2 new Wallpapers in the style of the new SEAHORSES artwork.
