hey friends, it's been a while since i updated the player. i didn't really want to take anything off, but now with more room to move i've gotten fresh with some things. first off, i added a track from THE OTHER PLANETS, my gonzo-ra acid metal free jazz stoner pop-rock band from NOLA. The track found here is WINDOW PANE, and it can be found on our 2nd album EIGHTBALLS IN ANG(L)OLA. Find out more about the band and the new record HERE. next, you'll find a track from the brand new record from ROBIN BOUDREAUX. The track is GENXBOX and it's from NEW SYMPHONICS FOR JEREMY. this project is the culmination of much laborious editing and mixing from sessions done 2 years ago, just after hurricane katrina, in new orleans. to check out more of this great record, go to Robin's page. stay tuned for some more updates in the player. after a couple years, i think it's about time to make a few more changes...... thanks for listening!! damn. my car got broken into and almost all of my gear is now gone. it happened last night. the scene was scary, the hatch door standing open, tarp lying on the street along with two of my drums. the sight of the back of my car sitting completely empty in the cold just fucked me up so bad, i won't forget it. anyway, enough with the dramatic wining, the shit is gone. i'll keep looking for it around the city but i'm having a hard time keeping positive. so if anyone sees any of this shit or something that looks like it, please let me know. i know that this list isn't necessarily going to help but if anything it's cathartic. i spent years of my life acquiring all of these instruments, one piece at a time, and its hard to swallow losing it all in the matter of a few hours. thanks.
