well hello this is my first entry in my new blog . This is just somewhere where this ol' newfoundland salt is gonna rant about my life ,observations and the music the band is making . anyway lets start with some content i guess . So the band is coming along very well - safehaven is the name . like it flips my wig that something that i came up with on the edge of the bed with a 50 dollar cheap ass guitar would kick so much ass in the band setting , today we all jammed and it was killer , carls rythm work is so good and mikes drum parts for the songs today just blew me away , i'm just so happy with the situation right now . now all i gonna do is get some vocal things down and some lyrics ,,, we have been all playing together for a few months and we have like a cds worth of stuff already . its just cool .
now something that pissed me off today , i got pulled over and the cop busted me for not having a seat belt on , thats like a hundren bucks and 2 points , which sucks but then he got on with all this crap about searching my car and whatnot , just 'cause i have shaggy hair and am in my twentys doesn;t mean that i am on or into drugs , but then again you know i asked what the proable cause for the search was and he buggered off . man i just wish they would find the idoits selling coke and whatnot to kids and leave me the hell alone .
