I'm writing this to update you all and to say thank you for your prayers and kind words. It's hard for me to respond to every message and every comment. But I just want to say thank you and I love you all.


I've always been real with you all rather its in my music or my blogs, so here's what's been going on with the love of my life (my momma). Monday she went in and had a total knee replacement. Everything went perfect, no complications at all. Tuesday went well, doctors were amazed at how fast she was recovering and her ability to move. Today, (Wednesday) we woke up at 4:30 AM, Me, my mom and sister, we took mom to the restroom and put her back to sleep. Everything was fine, no pain or anything. Around 7 AM she starts to lose her hearing and complain about losing feeling in her right side, not able to move her legs or her hand. She threw up the pills the doctor gave her and the dinner she had last night. We called the Nurse, she calls in the Doctor, He calls in the Medical Team, The Stroke Team, The Aid and The Chaplain. In less than 2 minutes the room is filled with people. They rush her to ICU and perform numerous tests on her brain, heart, etc. Her heart rate was 156, the doctor said she should've felt it beating out of her chest. Her blood pressure was extremely low (can't remember the numbers) so they gave her shots to slow the heart rate down. The doctor informed us that it was TSA, which are mini strokes. They are performing more tests on her tonight, such as MRI's, etc. The doctor said the symptoms are now gone, but they wanna know why it happened so they are keeping her a little longer, Thursday was suppose to be the release day but we're looking at Saturday, possibily Friday.


Basically, the morale of the story is to love and respect your parents kids. And listen to them, you never know when they could go. I was fortunate enough to get a second chance, not everyone is.
