Do the people that regularly go to the Derby, realize how ridiculous they look when they dress up? Especially women--what possesses one to wear a butt ugly hat? I guess that is why I am not in high society. there is not enuff cash to make me dress like that.

have you seen the "Idol" where Abdul rating two songs when the guy only had performed one? Has anyone seen "Quiz Show"? Is it possible that the winners are already pre-determined? This will be fun to watch the dance they go through to keep the viewers from thinking that their votes do not really count. you know kinda like the political process.

Sharks seem to be pissed everywhere. More and More people are being attacked. the latest was in Calif. where a man was killed by a Great white, they think.

More and more animals are entering the "human" world, but why? Loss of food supply and civilization encroaching on their habitat, but what do I know?

38 yrs ago, 1970 to prevent you from melting down, Earth Day came into being. An excellent thing. But after that many years, what has actually been accomplished? Wait! Do not hurt yourself! VERY LITTLE!

All it is is one day so that major ddorks, like Hummer owners, can feel good about themselves and do something for th environment. Any good they do in that one day is nullified two days later, when they return to their pig ways and pollute even more.

A day to celebrate being "green" is not the answer. It is a cop out!

Friends are necessary for a good life, but a partner that is your friend is the best of all worlds. The key is finding someone who can be both a friend and whatever else you search for.

Mental sparring is the key...keeps one sharp and not bored. So if you have found that person...great....me?...I still look.

Wait for the drama to play out? Or make a move. Knowing that nothing has really changed and the situation is a sham. What to do? Be the good guy and wait? Or not? Knowing the only thing that has changed is the location. I will wait and see.

Can someone really love two people? This I have a problem with, one is ,love the other is pity. And to not take a chance is just cowardly. If I had not taken chances then my life would be really messed up. I am not saying that all the choices were good, far from, but I had to take the chance. Some bite you in the butt, others make you happy.

But to play it safe is just silly. Then you did not want true happiness, you had rather play it safe and miserable. If you do not ake chances, then you are not living, only exisiting.
