Thanks to all of you who stayed up late to see us at the Pete Doherty show last week, you were great and the Pete fans loved us too! Sadly we couldn't give them the encore they wanted, only being a lowly support band..

Anyway...someone somewhere chose us as the pic for the north london music section of this london style guide - "Pimp London" - check it out here! x

We've been in the studio lately recording some of our newer songs...Demon's Bride, Isabella, and Natural Born Killer have been live favourites for a few months now...

We also decided to put up a very rough n ready live recording of new track Sleepwalker (we've never even gigged it!) that we recorded at one of our rehearsals.

Enjoy!

It was an amazing night for us on tuesday, we went to the INDY awards...and we won!

So thanks to all of you who voted to get us shortlisted in the first place - You got us from the last 200 bands into the last 36.

The ceremony took place at the Clapham Grand, and it being the awards' inaugural year we didn't know quite what to expect, but it turned out to be really well organized, with a full turnout, and studded with celebs - just what you'd expect from an awards show!

The shortlisted bands were put to a panel of 5 music industry judges, and they rated us top in our category, so when our name was read out we had to put down our wine glasses, rise from our table in a slight daze, stride up the stairs to the stage (spotlights trained on us) and go and collect our award - all to the strains of 'Purple Nights' over the house PA. Joana did the speech, of course. So, well, thanks judges!

We also performed at the awards. The whole thing was filmed and will be shown on some tv channel that perhaps nobody has, but it'll also be put online at some point we're told, so as soon as we know we'll send out the link...
