The music video for "Tank" (directed by Aram Kouyoumdjian) will make its long-awaited debut at this year's Atlantic Film Festival in Halifax.

It will be showing at Park Lane Theatre on September 24th.

This live version of the classic Neil Young song was recorded (by UPEI) on February 15th, 2007 during the opening night of the ECMA awards weekend in Halifax, Nova Scotia at the Marquee Club on Gottingen Street.

Earlier that same evening, Down With The Butterfly performed an entire set of Neil Young cover songs at St. Matthew's Church on Barrington Street as part of their pre-ECMA music showcase, which also featured performances by Tanya Davis, Jenn Grant, and hey rosetta!

Filming for a video for TANK has wrapped up and apparently the scenes are looking really good. Hopefully the video will be edited and finished up sometime during the Spring, so we'll keep you posted for a release date.

Down With The Butterfly has been occupied recently in an attempt to mix the remaining recordings from the virtual archives. There is a very real chance that a full-length album may be the result, tentatively entitled "All The Pieces" due to the fact that the album will consist of the remaining pieces from the band's short recording career. There are no plans to "mass-produce" the album, however there will be copies available for fans and friends. We'll divulge more information as the release date approaches. . .
