it is with heavy heart that i write this post. we're going to be taking a break for the forseeable future, mainly because i have got some shit to sort in my life and it's not fair on the band or our fans when i bring these problems with me. we may be back in the future and you'll still see us all about glasgow. ross is getting to move about a bit more playing bass for the whisky works, ryan is becoming glasgow's punk-rock interviewer of choice and orr is thinking about hitting the drums again with ex-das filth members. i'll be taking it easy.

today is one year to the day of our first gig. Monday 2nd June 2008 @ Box. my dads still got the video on his phone.

right motherfuckers got some news thatll kick the tits right off ya!

ok so we were supposed to play tuts last wednesday (8th) which we were looking forward to but due to a mixup we didnt. which is as much as i know about that one. im sure MC'll have the details if you speak to him.

BUT!

the following night we played the captains rest with the mighty maybshewill & and so i watch you from afar who not only destroyed faces they also brought along a sold out crowd that we got to play to (thanks!). well to be fair all we did really was drop sticks and picks, pull cables out of pedals, detune our basses and orr lost all sense of rythm(sp?) (it was the sound levels honest!) but he did make up for it with some epic gum chewing according to the boys and girl at glasgow podcart. listen to it here! we're on first (wolves) but the rest of it is even better, its a case of getting the chaff out the way for some quality wheat.

extra special hugs and thanks go to firestorm for letting us embarrass ourselves in front of their patrons.

next up we have the pleasure to announce what will more than likely be the highlight of our mainstream music career: WE'RE PLAYING A MOTHERFUCKING LIVE SESSION ON THE VIC GALLOWAY SHOW ASSHOLES!!!
