Robertson Brothers Tour Update

brought to you by www.robertsonbrothers.com.au

Menai Mania !

Robertson Brothers at MenaiThe brothers’ show at Club Menai was yet another sold out success story!

Crowds were lined up at the doors, eagerly waiting for them to open. Not unlike a boxing day sale, the doors were flung open and extra seats had to be added to fit everyone in!

Once settled in, the packed auditorium was treated to two full sets with an interval in between. Many people took the opportunity to make a dash for the merchandise counter where plenty of Robertson Brothers CDs found new homes. It seemed like nobody wanted to go home empty handed!

The crowd were very impressed by the brothers’ self-penned compilations on the night and in particular with their harmonies during their acoustic set.    Everyone tapped and sang along to the songs like Long Train Running, Jet Airliner, Love the One You’re With and even April Sun in Cuba, which certainly got the crowd up and grooving and before too long the dance floor was full. No doubts at all just how much the audience enjoyed the show, making plenty of noise for the boys to come out for an encore tune or two.

In just one night, the brothers picked up a legion of Shire fans with many asking the question, “where can I see the boys next?”

This is now the SIXTH consecutive SOLD OUT SHOW the Robertson Brothers have performed.
... Confirmation that Sharing the Night with the Robertson Brothers is high on everyone’s list !

What fans are saying about the fabulous Robertson Brothers...

I saw the Robertson Brothers perform the other night.
These boys are extremely funny, entertaining and three of the best singers that I have ever heard. It becomes blatantly obvious that they are brothers when you hear them talk to each other, tell stories and poke fun at one another during the show.

Their harmonies need to be shared with the world! The energy they put into their performance has got to be seen to be believed and their band is amazing.
Their original music is fantastic and they did some of my favourite songs from the 70’s as well if not better than the original artists.

Eat your heart out Eagles, Doobie Brothers, Bee Gees, Seals & Croft ,Bread to name a few.
It was a great night out. We listen to them on the radio with Ray Hadley every day.
He never stops talking about them and now  I can see why.
These guys should be superstars. They are a world class act!

Perhaps they are best known for their work on the Home and Away theme , Australian Idol television program and the hilarious songs they write and sing on the weekend football program The Continuous Call Team on 2GB.
These guys are true gentlemen- very approachable knock-about boys armed with personality and incredible talent

So do yourself a favour and get out and see their show - its amazing!!
