Did you ever wonder what it would be like to rock our nations capitol? If you were at DC9 last night you got your wish. There were hotties, there was booze, and that was just the pre-party. the johns almost had to incite a riot when president bush didn't show up. What a d-bag. It wasn't until later, after the boys went into seclusion to harness their power for Philadelphia that the boys realized that the president is currently in Africa.

the johns would like to thank the traumas and Sun Committee for being awesome, as well as an unknown drunk tambourine player who may have been The Points drummer, Cobrah.

Looking to kick some super delegate ass? Will you be there tomorrow night at Johnny Brenda's to witness the sheer power that is the johns? Get there early and drink, or get there late and pick fights! The show starts promptly at 9 pm.

As the Johns continue their triumphal East coast tour, the guys are recuperating from two awesome shows over the weekend. Club Europa, in the heart of the polish community in Greenpoint Brooklyn, set the stage for an amazing return to the tri-state area after a kick-ass show in Baltimore, MD. The Guys would like to thank Cassettes Won't Listen for being rad, as well as the talents of U.T.K., DJ O, & Chuck Wild of the Beatards, if you guys ever want to play again, give us a call.

Next stop on the whirlwind tour, our nations capital. The Johns have been spending hours in deep political debate preparing for the trip, and are hoping the president will make an appearance to the show so they can rock the republican out of him. It is a battle-of-the-bands event so there are 8 bands (starting at 7pm), each playing a 25 minute set. It is a great opportunity and we are really stoked to be part of it. There is only one downside, we have to pre-sell tickets for the event. They are $11 each must be pre-sold by Sept. 26th.

It is being judged by applause meters and crowd reception. We promise to rock it out (and make out with you if you want), give you something to shake your ass to, strip, spit beer, etc. (the usual) if you attend.

We need your applause, your attendance, your crazy drunken bodies cheering us on to be the winning band!
