Here are the lyrics for the five songs that will be on the cd
Piss Generation
The Piss Generation wont fight your wars
While you hide behind closed doors
Wont let them tell you how to act
know how fast you stab in the back
The Ignorant nation sits idle watching the news
Ignorant to being srcewed
They will keep on obeying their masters
But in the piss generation rebellions growing faster

The corporations know whats human
Spend their lives trying to exploit them
Sell you a piece of shit through advertisments
A product call planned obsolecence
The piss generations knows how to react
the kids that learned to turn their backs
to the corporate agenda, the corporate whore
We wont be in their control

This generation
Piss generation
Wont fight your wars

Blankstare
Murder came into your house and your parents lives he did rob
Your 18 now and you got to get a job
Think about all the shit, and crime is what you want to stop
So the desision was easy for you to be a cop

Traded your life for a badge and a gun
Thought your job was to protect everyone
But your job was just to protect the law
That could never prepare you for what you saw

See a fellow cop hassel a man because he's black
You dont critize him, cause you want to be part of the pack
So with a blank stare you just carry on
contributing to the problems and never fixing the wrong

What do you feel when you are busting through the door
Telling these homeless that they cant live here anymore
enforceing a law that puts them on the street
you make being heartless an easy feat

Spining the Truth

An eye for an eye leaves everyone blind
Unjust vengance for Unjust Crimes
Take away freedom to give it to me
Take it away for the sake of liberty

Got this shit stuck in my brain
Think im going to go insane

Sick of it all, Feeling so wrong
Im going to close my ears so i can't hear it
Sick of it all, Feeling so wrong
Their marketing fear and I can't stand it

Spitting out words like freedom and justice

Ranting how these rights will cost us

Off the wall now i cant sleep

Thats why I destroyed my tv

CM
They tell us everything there going to change
Then how come ever year it ends the same?

They lie to us to get our vote
We need helo, they give us hope
We believe in everything they say
But when they win they fad away

They lie. They cheat. They fucking, steal our money
They lie. They cheat. They fucking, steal our money
They lie, they cheat, X3 they steal our money
They lie. they cheat. They fucking, steal our money

When you push the buttin did it really count
How do you know they didn't throw it out
watch the news hear about mahince that didnt work
do you still believe in your vote?

The election is fair is what they said
But they can get votes from the dead

They want money so their coming to your door
they asked before but they want more
you believed in them so you gave it away
you followed them blindly

When they win the election race
That will be the last time you see their face

No Solutions
This one comes from deep inside of me.
Every day I wage a war for my sanity
All these thoughts inside my head
Words that will never be said
When i Figure it out it somehow crumbles
nothing ever changes in this endless struggle
Everything seems so fucking fake
One of these days im going to break

Uncertainty
Confusion
All problems
No solutions

I can never seem to understand anything
I can never comprehend what Ive fucking seen
This is my sense of reality
Maybe life isnt the game for me
I just want to figure it out
Will someone show me what lifes about
I wage this war everyday
The battle for my sanity

Alright, in the begining the band consisted of four members. James Odey (on drums) Brian Marris (on guitar) Will Wissel (on bass) and Nathaniel Wolos (vocals). To be honest this band was just a joke. It was Nathaniels desparate attempt at a punk band. To me and james this was just side project from our band Hyperbeam. The first practice was so horrible i thought that the band was terrible and didnt want to play in it any more. Me and Nathaniel still talked about it during school and Taylor Ryenolds was soon added to drums and James moved to lead guitar. There was about three more practices after the first one that i didnt attend because i really didnt want to go to and no one else really wanted me in the band at that time anyways. The next practice i went to they had written like five songs encluding RUN, Hobo Go Go, Oil, S.O.S, and War Sick. The first time I heard RUN i couldnt belive it this band was actullay really good. I was stuned I couldnt belive what i was hearing. Me, Taylor, and James soon drooped Hyperbeam after much argument. This was how The five second cummings got its start.

The band soon recorded four songs with Andrew Wroble some time during winter. We recorde Run, Oil, Hobo Go Go, and Wari sick wich didnt come out to bad if I do say so. It took us awhile but we finley got our first show at the F.O.P. Lodge in Anderson Indian, Febuary 18th 2006. With a luke warm crowd response we were kinda let down. Sense then we have played at places like Indanapolis, from all the way to Lafeyette. Recently we played at carmel for the first time in the shcool event Houndstock, were we were kicked off for cusing. I know its not much but who cares were just some shity local punk band.

Yeah so we drove to lafayette taking about an hour or so with four cars and one dad.  Driving up to the house I could tell that it was going to be really good because there was a good amount of people standing outside and whatnot.  Plus there were alot of cars parked.  So I dont know how many people where there in total but it was more or about 30, crammed into this dudes basement.

We played 2nd after a Short first set by Obstructed View which I didnt know but the lead singer met us at our first show. He had a mask on most of that show so dont sue me.  After they played it was like only 10 mins or so till we were all ready due to us having 11 people with us.  haha

This show had more crowd then our first plus it was in a way smaller area so damn it was way better.  I had a good feeling that people would like our set after hearing "When are they going to play Run?" and comments about Hobo Go Go.  But anyways after our opening song there was already a person sized hole in the wall.  Haha yeah.  And the show just got better and better as it went on.  People were singing along and thats just a really good feeling knowing that people would listen to us enough to know the words of our songs.  Yeah so the show was pretty crazy and people were moshing and what not. I got into the pit on New Wave and it felt pretty good.  After our set we got some good complements which were appreciated.

The band after us was a pretty crazy band called the Pink Socks I believe.  They were like a silly band a had so many different styles that they were playing.  By this time the room was filled.  They had a guy I think im not to sure because i was in the back but I think A guy just on the tamboreen.  haha yeah.  They played a "Punky chips ahoy" song and really planed it because they threw chips ahoy into the crowd.  That was funny because that little song brings us up.  If you dont know about that song im pretty sure its on my myspace under a comment.

The fourth band was Counteractive.  The guys that got this show.  Add them http://www.myspace.com/counteractive.  Because they were the last band and the best the room was jam packed.  There wasnt a pit, it was like water and the people were just one huge mass flowing back and fourth constantly. It was just beautiful.  They totally kicked ass.  I would have bought a t-shirt if i had the funds for it but Ill have it by fridays if I skip out on school lunch.  Im just fucking glad that one of the best punk bands in indiana like us.  Id move to lafayette if I wasnt 16 because that place fucking rocks.

Yeah so thats the show.  We gave out our demo for free again.  Well I guess I gave it out by saying "Dont let alan sell you cd's let him give them to you"  We did make ten dollars for playing but Id pay life savings for nights like that one.  I hope we brought enough demos so everyone who wanted one got one.  I'd play there again anytime.
