Dave Collingwood and I are currently putting a new project together called Three-Cornered Moon. Sort of like The Allender Band, but with just two dudes.

We've recorded an album which should be coming out next year, and we'll also be gigging when we're not on tour with Yann. Watch this space for more news!

Hey!

Mark Radcliffe and Stuart Maconie were kind enough to play a track from Outer Dark on their show last week; listen again here, we're about 1hr 17 in.

I'm off to China tomorrow, to do a short tour with Yann, you can catch us in Beijing, Wuhan and Shanghai.

I'll be back in time for Glastonbury however, where I'll be playing guitar with The Gala Band. We're playing Saturday afternoon at the Avalon Cafe stage.

Speaking of which, many thanks to Gideon Coe for playing 'Riverrun' not once but twice on his BBC 6 Music show! Listen again to yesterday's show here (we're about 18 minutes in).

On the subject of 6 Music, you could do worse than listen to last Sunday's Jon Richardson show featuring my good friend John Robins. John's song is frankly alarming!

I had an amusing chat with John last night, in which I told him I liked the Deerhunter song title 'Backspace Century'... John, thinking this to be a somewhat pretentious title, suggested these as alternatives:

'Mousemat Denial'
'Ctrl Alt Delete My Love'

Good times.
