I finally updated my own website and uploaded almost my entire catalog of tracks from 1996-2002... theres about 100 free mp3's you can snag there now. I also uploaded outtakes from the recent full length (Yes and No), some compilation tracks, remixes, techno tracks that will probably never get released, recent solo stuff, and a few selections from upcoming releases.

I also made freely available the entire Toytronic 3D Concepts album. The vinyl sold out a long time ago so I might as well give away the whole thing for free. So download away and enjoy...

Whoa! Long time no talk.

Things are good. I live in southern france. Its not as amazing as one would think though. Dont get me wrong, southern france is great. But after a while you just get used it. Or i just got used to it. I'm living here like a hermit with my girlfriend. Its fun. I just got internet, which is great!

Anyway, heres the scoop:

Im working on 3 collaborations....

The first is with Kate Simko. We make techno music together. We are called wiretap. We will release a 4 song EP in 2007. Oh yes.

The second is with Steven Hess. He's a drummer. A really good one. We're working on an album of ambient/noise/jazz/improv/electronic. It's not ambient jazz, nor is it improv noise. Its hard to explain. Its good though and i think it will also come out in 2007.

The third is with Mark Denardo. This one is even harder to describe. Some of it is pretty... some of it is terrifying. There are strings, guitar, old tape recorders, drums, noise, keyboards, laptops, vocals, and mushrooms. This project is quite ambitious and is taking much longer than i would have imagined. It will come out sometime before the earth is eaten by the sun.

Im also working on a new album, which is coming along very slowly.

Anyway, Life is good. I cant complain. Smack me around a bit if i do.

This should be a fun show:

Mark Denardo is in town for a few days and will play a live set.

Then i get up there and do my thing, then Bobby K (drummer for OMAC) and i go nutz for a while (hi-energy electrono with live drums... groovy), then Mark joins us on stage and together we all form Devastator (aka OMAC) for some Gameboy Noise Rock Punk Hip Hop Electronic Madness with special guest MC's guaranteed to blow your nutz off.

Playing last is the grey Daturas... Australian Noise Rock Galore.

Sunday, March 26, 9:30 @ the Empty Bottle. 7 smackers to get in.

Special thanks to Anthony Koerber for making the poster!

This is the same message i put on the bulletin: i have an opportunity to find some talent for a place thats opening up in Chicago soon. if you fit into these categories: Minimal techno/house Experimental Ambient Classical / Neo-Classical or if you DJ any of those types of music (sure, even classical) or if you are a visual or video artist / VJ / or do AV installation or any combination of derivative of those, please send me your info and links to whole mp3's or video files that i can download. use my email (miles@webhole.com) or myspace message me. its not a danceclub... more of a lounge. a very large space with a dedicated AV room and space for live performance as well. the place is going to have an incredible AV system. people from all countries should contact me. i imagine that people close to chicago have a better chance but if you are that damn good its quite possible we could work something out.

The action is hot and heavy. The enemy is coming faster than you could ever believe! So fight hard and fast. If you don't turn the mutated vegetation into a giant tossed salad, they'll turn you into toast!

Current mood:barking like a dog
in celebration of acquiring 200 myspace "friends", i have posted a series of polaroids of myself taking off my pants and dancing around in a very sexy manner. you can see these photos at www.webhole.com/milesnaked/. also, a band that i'm in is playing a halloween party on saturday oct. 29. the address is 1417 N. Hoyne. this party is going to be really good. it's in a old wicker park mansion. i saw the space yesterday and it's very spooky. there will be lots of crazy people there. also, our band has been practicing very hard and will provide party patrons with the good time they so deserve. we have glow in the dark skulls, candy, horror-disco-noise-rock, and a slow sex jam version of the knight rider theme. the party is 5 dollars but you get unlimited beer and free art. meaning you get to take some home with you. DEAL! we realize you have a lot of choices on saturday 29th and we appreciate you choosing the 1417 N. Hoyne Party.
