Our plan was to leave at 0600, as the trip would take only an hour to get to Mesquite, and we'd have plenty of time to prepare. But, murphy's law struck when a certain member decided to stay the night at someone else's house. So, an hour and a half later, we all cramed into the exclipse (for the last time), and set off on our shortest road trip yet.

Luckily we still had time to prepare once we got there, and hell, we even arrived with no issues finding the place. Talk about easy. We met up with team Desert Edge, from Salt Lake City. We had played against them before at Black Forest, but now we were playing with them. After prying the info from Danger Dan, we found out they were going on the Army side, so we joined up!

The game itself was great. Plenty of action, lots of targets, and we essentially owned the field. Johnson and Grant helped out Tim, the owner, with reffing the game and did a great job.

The Infidels are going back to this field for the Triad Event on January 3rd!

Unlike last time, we had more time to prepare in leaving for this event. However, homeboy Kaiser didn't get out of work until mucho late. LUCKILY the field is only 4hrs away, so we arrived very early in the AM and had time to sleep. Woo!

This was the first really big event for the team, and it was a good one. Action was every where and there was never a dull moment. Although it was outrageously humid, we suffered little and helped out our side take victory in the end! We had linked up with a Marine out of 29 Palms, Ken Goldsmith, for the first few hours of the game. Both he and Maxwell played as Medics and were always seen on the front, keeping our players in the game.

After leaving Nellis at 10pm, and arriving at Hill at 0600...we still managed to find the field and arrive on time for the start of the game. It was a good game, and even though there were 2 of us, it was a success for a first event as a 'team'. Fun was had by all, and unfortunatly, we had gone American (against our original plan) and our side lost by about 20 points. But the action was intense, and everywhere.

Expect to see us more in Utah!

Thanks to Mr. Turner who gave us the opptunity to raise the flag. We're quite flattered that we were given such a task.

Pictures soon...
