said: Following the problems in the sub-prime lending market in America and the run on Northern Rock in the UK, uncertainty has now hit Japan. In the last 7 days Origami Bank has folded, Sumo Bank has gone belly up and Bonsai Bank announced plans to cut some of its branches. Yesterday, it was announced that Karaoke Bank is up for sale and will likely go for a song while today shares in Kamikaze Bank were suspended after they nose-dived. While Samurai Bank are soldiering on following sharp cutbacks, Ninja Bank are reported to have taken a hit, but they remain in the black. Furthermore, 500 staff at Karate Bank got the chop and analysts report that there is something fishy going on at Sushi Bank where it is feared that staff may get a raw deal.

said: This is so full of fail on sooooo many levels...

An institution of fantasists trying to censor one of their own bigots for remarks many of their follow fantasists seem to agree with...

Outrage spokesman David Allison said "It's the kind of remark you might expect from a drunk on a Saturday night, not someone in a supposedly responsible position."

Because filling people's heads with lies, fantasies, outdated myths and bigotry is responsible...?

Damn, I wish I had more time, I can feel an anti-religion rant coming on but I also have work to do.
I need to find an evolved planet where the belief in fantasies is left to children...

I'm also looking forwards to Machine Head, but I can cheerfully watch from the beergarden a distance :-)

297 days to go, and it's already an exciting line-up...

And I hope the world's governments will fund this important project rather than waste money on private companies that are just reaping what they themselves have sown...
It is after all just capitalism in full flow. The same capitalism most people have consistently voted for for the past 20+ years...

I've paid for all my Ebay auctions (Ok, average price was about £4.5 so that was annoying doing them one by one) and more importantly, bought my ticket for Sabaton @ The Purple Turtle 05/11...

said: So, Red Alert 3 is coming...
What the hell is going on in the gaming world at the moment?
Warhammer Online just came out, Red Alert 3 is coming out very soon and World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King is due areound November.
How am I meant to have time to play all these games...?

Anyway, what is more important is that when you buy the Premier Edition (Usually called collector's edition, but hey ho) you get an exclusive in-game item called Kossar's Helmet (http://tiny.pl/84hf) which is only going to be available to people who buy this game...

This helmet allows the wearer to activate a spell called Call of the North which, in case you haven't already guessed, turns the wearer into a bear...
A silver furred bear...

Yup, they've figured out how to get into the polarbear obsessed market...

It's a good thing I was going to get that game anyway
