A MOTHER'S INSTINCT
NATURING PEOPLE
Caring for our young from the time they are born.
Just like God put us here on earth to take care of each other, "To Learn " To Grow" with each having their own unique plan that God installed up on us. We all have thing to take care of.
We all have a purpose in life, being to take care of our baby's our animals, parent's, bother or sister's
Just like a nurturing mother does for her baby we find our self taking care of every one around us. except we forget about one person as time Go's on.
Today came and went and Tomorrow will come and go , before you know it when you turn to look in the mirror and find one day you might not know that person looking back at you,
The years have passed on, the person you are now looking at, you don't recognize.
The reason why ,
You were that nurturing mother that took care of every one else around you.and for got to take care of your self. " When was the last time you took time for you, ?
When was the last time you had that nurturing hand help you out?
I feel the need to help everyone understand just how important each person's life really is.
call it a mother's instinct
My plan is to help you one step at a time, one person at a time,
To the common person, who must navigate life's continuous turmoil's immediately, time does not allot one the opportunity to ponder. We must use past experiences and present feelings to decide the fate that awaits us. Mistakes are made, and then we must adapt to those mistakes. It's an ever going process that leaves us little time to relax in the arms of comfort. Dreams, what a gift they are. It is dreams not philosophy that gives us the initiative to hope. Dreams are a wondrous gift in life. A man can be in a land not welcomed and hostile, and still his mind can see the freedom of the forest beyond. Dreams, how does one express to another the dreams they placed within them. Fate, a word that really isn't mystical at all. I guess one could see magic when birds in the North fly South for winter. After all, the snow and cold has not yet arrived when they start their journey. No, it is still warm and the land is still abundant with food and nourishment. Then a whisper is heard within them, and that whisper becomes a yell. They listen, and then they leave that land of comfort for a destination where they do not know what awaits them. Yes, one could view their journey as magic, but nature knows no such word. Nature has instinct, a seed planted and replanted again many times. From one generation to another, from the beginning to the end. The whisper is the voice within themselves, a voice of the past never forgotten. Of course, nature also provides freedom. As a mother can direct a child's life until she reaches adulthood, and then that direction becomes advice. Her child may listen or not to her words. A mother is left with the tears or the joys of what her child decides. Sadly, some birds disregard the whisper, and remain until the land of plenty becomes barren. A land one can only hope the bird manages to survive in. Instinct, is not only given to birds. It is given to all the earth's children. For we all have DNA, and it is within DNA instinct is found. Philosophy also addresses death and birth. I guess those things are considered mystical by many. Words such as heaven and hell are spoken and pondered. Many go through life pursuing the answers found in philosophy, religion and science. A circle upon an circle, a chase never ending
Scientific fact, energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be changed. For example, if I take water and freeze it, it becomes ice, if I take ice and boil it, it becomes steam, if I cool this steam it becomes water again. The face of water changes, but it's spirit (energy) always remains. Imagination, another word philosophy uses well. To most, imagination has no limits or restrictions. It is the product found in the vastness of the mind. Really, although that notion sounds romantic, and once again mystical, the fact is, imagination does have limits.
We have dreams, and in some dreams we see places we have never been, activities never performed, and people we have never met in our lifetime. Yet, we have the understanding reached upon seeing them. A root that must have been established in another time. A root that is not mystical, but whose answer can be found within our DNA. ,
I know this might sound far feted , and you might not under stand just what I am talking about, But just to set the record straight, about what I am talking about, I was that person, I was there, Looking in that mirror and did not recognize the person I was looking at, I had know Idea what had happened, where I let my self go to , I was the person taking care of every one around me, then one day, I looked in the mirror and could not under stand why I did not know that person looking back at me,
I then had to do some thing, I changed my eating habits, I started exercising, and started losing weight., I could not tell you just how all this made me feel, WOW , I was so full of life, I took vitamins, I was taking time for ME, MY SELF, I was being that nurturing person to my self, for the first time in a long time,
Now I am on a mission to help those around me, To get you to understand, all it takes is some one willing to give you that helping hand you may need, and from some one who has been there already, I do know what I am taking about, I am prof
I am now feeling like I am betting the odds of Diabetes, controlling me, I am controlling it.
I have lower my A1c from 16 to 5.8 ,(not over night of course) Yes a very big difference, and I did it with the help of some thing called will power and trust me if this girl can change her self, you can too.
If you ever want to know just how I did all this contact me I am more then willing to inform you about the steps I took to do just this.

Knowledge All journeys begin with a step, and this step will begin with words. Truth and fact, do they hold the same meaning? The answer is no. If a man from Alaska, and a man from Florida meet at Times Sq, NY. When they meet the temperature is 50 degrees. The man from Florida utters, " Darn is it cold here". The man from Florida responds, "Are you nuts, it's as warm as toast". Which one is telling the truth? Of course they both are. Truth is what one perceives and is constructed by their personal environments, education, and up bringing. Truth can change from one continent to another, from one society to another, and from one person to another. The fact in the above scenario is, it is 50 degrees in NY. That fact is universal in it's application. It applies to all things in nature found in Times Sq. The words belief and theory have always interested me. No two words have caused more debate, hatred, and devotion. The feud between Religion and Science has no time restraint. Each professes to hold the answers to life. Religion is mostly based in belief, and Science is 10% absolute, and 90% theory. The fact is the words belief and theory mean the exact same thing. Both are thoughts and ideas, and each cannot be proven to be fact by the accepted standards in society. To overcome the short coming of proof, they both adopted other words to try to explain their positions. Religion rely's on the words, " Divine Intervention". While Science uses the word "mutation" to justify their positions. In their haste, they forget we do have a set of laws that doesn't need words like belief, or theory. It's laws are universal, and thus fact. These laws are called Nature, and it is these laws the words "Divine Intervention", and "Mutation" try to explain away. Most live in a truth world, it is concise and easy to navigate. Most have come to accept establishment's view without question. We have become dependent, and rely on others to provide answers and safety in this fast paced world. We go to fast food establishments where we can have it our own way, sadly, we also select our views of mankind in the same way. Take what we like, leave what we don't. How many claim to be Christians but don't attend mass, nor attend confession? A truth world is a world of comfort, a world of promised protection. Of course, I don't think the people of New Orleans feel the same way now. Yes, the world of truth holds everything a person could wish for, except it is composed of illusions. For most, these illusions bring satisfaction to their life. Questions that cannot be explained are easily dismissed by magic, divine intervention, or in the theory of science. It doesn't matter if it is a belief or theory, as long as it fits into their concise world of truth. This dependency closes our eyes to the most obvious, and sedates the need to question even the most incredible explanations. The Greenhouse Effect being one. We are told we are causing the earth to warm, and if we do not change, this world will become unfit to live. I wish we had that much power, but unfortunately history and nature does not agree. Even if one accepts this theory, the end result would be an Ice Age, not a blazing land mass. When temperatures rise, water evaporation also rises. This evaporation is taken into the atmosphere, cooled, and then combines with other pellets of moisture until it becomes heavy and returns to the ground as either snow or rain. Today we are shown melting glaciers in the North and South Poles as a testament to this theory. What we are not shown is the building snow pack behind them, nor the enlarging glaciers in Washington state, Colorado, and other places around the world. We are directed to the category of a storm, be it a one to a five, but little is said about how large the storms are becoming today in distance and depth. One can easily research Ice Ages and what has proceeded them. I will keep this discussion to the last one. The Little Ice Age reached it's maximum degree between the mid 1300 until the mid 1700. It came after a period known as the Medieval Climate Optimum in which warmer then normal temperatures prevailed. An occurrence happening today. This event effected Europe the most. It took a climate in England which could grow various vegetables, into a shorter growing period that could only support potatoes, and other cold weather crops. Because of malnutrition and famine, diseases such as St Anthony's Fire to the black plague developed. Social unrest caused by starvation pitted brother against brother. It also caused people to place the blame about the weather on witchcraft, and thus trials and inquisitions took place. Most ended in a judgement of death to those accused. No one knows the exact number of deaths which occurred during this period, but all agree it was in the millions. I guess the most obvious question no one seems to ask is, exactly how many factories and cars were in use in the 1300's? Not to mention all the Ice Ages that proceeded it. A question I would love to ask Al Gore and those who gifted him with the Noble Prize. There are two plausible theories that explain what caused this Little Ice Age. One is the sun, and the other has to do with the Atlantic Ocean current. Neither of which man has control of. Below is a link if you wish to read more. Click here: Scientific American Frontiers . Hot Planet — Cold Comfort . Little Ice Age | PBS Yes, we hear dire news of every sort. The juicier the better. Movie stars and their drug problems to doomsday type of events. Besides the Greenhouse Effect we have been told we can be demolished by a comet falling from the sky, super volcanoes, smart bombs, and etc. In fact, if anything poses a threat to a large portion of our society it's front page news. Of course, all these doomsday headlines really hasn't happened as of yet. So you would figure when something is actually occurring that does threaten the extinction of man, it would be plastered all over the news. And if it wasn't, wouldn't you wonder why? I have a headline for you: Cindy's on a mission to wake people up and get them to understand, just one small step can lead to a happy life style . my mission is to change the way people think about what they are putting in to their body's Even if it is One person at a time,

What Do DNA and emotion.and our physical traits = A person makes judgements from the knowledge they have, and not from the knowledge they do not. Sadly, society requires conformity, and thus, if by design or just an outgrowth, some knowledge remains silent. History, Science, and Spirituality is much more then we were taught in school. For instance, we were told of the three necessities of life. Food, water, and shelter. Yet, there is a fourth Emotion ..A want is something we learn about and desire. A need is carried within our DNA. It can be found in the instincts we were born with to survive. Emotion can be expressed and shared in many ways. Be it laughing, or by crying. Emotion offers the best environment to release an overflow of emotion. The word equality is a very fascinating word. When applied to societies laws and values it is correct and needed. But in today's politically correct world, most apply that word much to liberally in thought and actions. All would agree a 7'11" individual is much more adapted to play basketball then a 4'1" individual. There is no equality in their height, and in basketball the taller man has a great advantage. Does that advantage in basketball make him more important, or greater then the shorter man in life? No, because the shorter man also has an advantage if they were trying to be jockeys. The point is, we accept our physical differences and even the advantages they give us. We realize our physical traits are born within each individuals DNA. Blue eyes or brown, black hair or blond, size, etc. In effect, we have no choice but be who we are. Now how about emotions, specifically the amount. What do you think determines the amount of energy (emotion) a person has? Is it equal in all? Why can one person cry while looking at a movie, and another have no feelings at all? Why do some people have a conscience, and others don't? Dogs are bred not only by physical parameters, but by emotional as well. Temperance, and learning ability being just two. In fact, all animals can be bred in the same manner. We are also animals, but due to our political correctness, or our conscience, we deny that fact in regard to humans. DNA does not only determine our physical traits, but also the emotional levels within us. It also holds the history of mankind, as well as the instincts which keep us alive. Emotion can be an energy when used, and all energy is a vibration, and did you know that vibration can initiate inactive DNA strings, but now I am getting ahead of myself. Okay, so if the amount of emotion (energy) is not equal in people, and people do not apply that knowledge, then their perceptions concerning it will be flawed, and their conclusions wrong. Imagine trying to place a gallon of water into a pint container. Now imagine trying to place a gallon of emotions into a pint container. It cannot be done because the pint container doesn't have the capacity, be it water or emotions. Trying to explain your emotions or gifts to someone who doesn't have the capacity to understand is vastly different then perceiving, I am different, something is wrong with me, why can't I fit in? Everything has a purpose in nature, and every purpose has a reason. I cannot foretell the future, or the journey we may take, but I do know we create the future that awaits us, and therefore anything is possible. Reality is but a dream achieved, and dreams do not recognize distance or other difficulties. Research into the nature of DNA has revealed that this material within each cell of our bodies has important implications for who each one of us is, on many levels. In addition to determining our physical characteristics, our vulnerabilities to certain diseases, and maybe even our personality, is it possible that the DNA helix holds some of the important memories of our ancestors? Guest Book for Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight. Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through, God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you." It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone. As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on. I need you here badly; you're part of my plan. There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man." God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do. And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you. And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight. God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night. When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain. Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain. I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned. But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand. But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er. I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before. There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb; but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too... that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain, then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain." And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile, knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile. So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low, just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go. When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind; I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind. And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free, remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me. In Contribute to Lester Lee ... Friends...The Real Education, according to us is not what you are taught in your schools or colleges but that which teaches you
about HEALTH, WEALTH, and RELATIONSHIPS in Life. The most important "Lessons" in life are those that help you knowing about "The Self" , learning about its inter power and then utilizing this Force within to achieve all that you have ever wanted in life. You must learn "how to think".. "how to draw ideas and inspiration " from within and act upon them to purse the purpose of your life successfully. I have learned from the very best mentors and coaches , whom I have become friends with . (Rex Harris and Dave Gorby) . Now my purpose in life is to help others change the way they think about them self. By Helping them to achieve goals and teaching them to utilize the "Force within there self" to achieve a successful life. By doing this it starts with changing there life style first. (starting with HEALTH) . This starts with being motivated or having the right coach to give us a helping hand in the right direction. Thats where I come in. I have made this my life goal to change the way people think about there SELF, and giving them some Motivation to be successful in changing there LIFE. Cindy Riley on how to understand CF Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a life-shorting, inherited disorder that affects the way in which salt and water moves into and out of the body’s cells. The most important effects of this problem are in the lungs and the digestive system (especially the pancreas), where thick mucus blocks the small tubes and ducts. The lung problem can lead to progressive blockage, infection, and lung damage, while the pancreatic blockage causes poor digestion and poor absorption of food, leading to poor growth and under-nutrition. The sweat glands are also affected, in that they make a much saltier sweat than normal. Anyone has probably heard about the sweat test used to diagnose CF. Most parts of the body that makes mucus are also affected, including the reproductive tract in men and women with CF. Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited disorder that is present from birth, although signs and symptoms of it may not show up for weeks, months, or even years after birth. Although it is inherited, the parents of a child with CF do not have CF, and most often there is no history of it in the family. We all have two CF gens that determine whether or not we have CF. Both of these CF genes need to be abnormal for us to have CF, and CF is inherited by receiving one abnormal CF gene from each parent. Each parent usually has only one abnormal CF gene, and thus has no sign of CF at all. Cystic Fibrosis is very common among white people, and is the most commonly inherited profoundly life-shorting disease, affecting 1 in every 2500 live babies born. One in 25 people carry a mutation of the CF gene. CF is not caused by anything the parents did ----- or did not do ---- during the pregnancy. You cannot "catch" CF:, it is not contagious. There are several important factors that explain the tremendous improvement, and that explain why the outlook continues to improve almost year by year. First CF is a newly recognized disease. (It is not a new disease, but is a newly recognized disease.) It was not until 1938 that Dr.Dorothy Andersen wrote the first medical paper describing a number of children who had died with digestive problems and lung problems. She was the first to recognize that this was not just a coincidence, but represented a single disease, which she called "cystic fibrosis of the pancreas," because the children she examined after they died all had cysts ( fluid-filled sacs) and scar tissue (fibrosis) replacing almost all the normal tissue of their pancreas. The name has been shorted to Cystic Fibrosis. In the last 40 years, many new antibiotics have become available, making treatment more affective. The point here is that the medical world has good comprehensive treatment programs for patients with CF for only a little more then 40 years. Certainly, while an average survival to age of 32 years reflects a tremendous improvement, it is not something to be satisfied with; but this situation is continually improving. The situation is similar to that of diabetes. It is know that people get sick with diabetes because they don’t have enough insulin to control their blood sugar. These people can lead normal lives by taking daily insulin shots, but they still have diabetes and will have it until scientists discover and eliminate the cause of inadequate insulin production. Although it is impossible to predict when medical research will provide the answers needed to "control" CF, the CF Foundation approaches the future with an increasing sense of optimism, challenge, and vigor. The steadfast support for research efforts to understand CF and to develop therapies will further improve the lives of individuals with CF.This strategy will continue to stimulate innovative research and to involve outstanding scientists in the expanding realm of CF science. I have prayed daily that the scientists come up with a break through and continue doing so for my Grandson. Cindy Riley SKYPE (ID: cindyriley49 ) MySpace URL: http://www.myspace.com/cindyriley_a

Striving for success to over come failure Most of us have many teachers in our life. As we think back on our years in school we can often recall the names and some of the characteristics but there are not many who have a lasting place in our hearts. High School students tend to think that they are all grown up. Of course, they are almost grown up being in the last years of the schooling they started back when they were five. Most of the teachers from my high school treated us like that also. School was serious business. We were all preparing for life ahead, college admissions, job placements, preparing for where our lives would lead us when we no longer were told where to go and what to do with our days. When I stop and think back on the things I have learned ,I think about where I came from to get where I am now. Have you ever taken the time to stop and think about your beliefs and values. Ask yourself – where have my beliefs originated? How do they guide how I live my life? Do my values and beliefs serve me? Make a goal for your self, I have thought back when I was in school and we used to set goals all the time for our self. If you know what is really important for you it will be easier to start doing it. Your positive thoughts about the prize can replace the emotions connected with the task - this is one of the most powerful motivational techniques ever known. Let me ask you a question – if you could do anything right now, what would you do? Maybe you would become a millionaire; maybe you would lose some weight, maybe you would buy a holiday home someplace hot or maybe you would like to just feel happier. Whatever you want to achieve, you can. It might not be simple to get to your goal, but it is achievable as only you set the limits on what is impossible. Thats where the thought came to me about being in school and having a teacher that made a lasting impression on my life and stayed in my heart and in my mind today. Everyone feels down on their luck from time to time. Bad luck can range from the the most minuscule things such something you have misplaced , to more serious and important aspects of your life, such as job promotions or romantic relationships. Perhaps you give everything your best effort, but nothing seems to turn out quite right. Others seem to have been dealt the best luck possible in life, without ever lifting a finger. These people manage to lead a dream life, with a perfect job, partner, and family. Most individuals do not experience either one of these scenarios, but have normal luck, neither especially bad nor good all the time, but varying between the two extremes. Many people have wished they could improve their luck. Every single thing in life operates from the law of attraction: love, wealth, success, happiness, you name it. I just want to say Don’t ever quit on your dreams! Remember your goals you set for your self, stay focused, If you change the way you think , you can acheive what ever your goals are. In life. The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure To succeed you need to find something to hold on to, something to motivate you, something to inspire you. I have found mine. Striving for success. Dont let fear keep you from acheiving your’s. Cindy Riley Skype (cindyriley49)
