Happy Holidays, Friends!

2009 is coming to a close, and I'd like to thank all of you who have been supporting me in ANY way for helping me to have made it a fantastic year.  I'm looking forward to new music, new tour dates & lots of new memories in 2010!

MyFriends,

This has been a year of new beginnings for me, and I wanted to say thanks to everyone who has been showing me love & support.  Your messages, comments, kind words & attendance at concerts has really been a great help to me as I take this next step in my career!

So, as far as live performances go- there isn't much scheduled for the remainder of the calender year.  However, these couple remaining shows are going to be simply fantastic.

Next week (11/14), I have the wonderful opportunity to open for one of my favorite bands, Third Eye Blind, at the University of Wyoming!  I just received word that the show is getting close to selling out, so if you're planning to come out get your tickets RIGHT HERE asap.

What better way to end the year than with a hometown show in Chicago at The Metro?  I am honored to be a part of this years "Songs From a Scene" (12/27), performing w/Lucky Boys Confusion, Love Me Electric & Cavashawn.  These shows sell out every year, so do not wait too long to get your tickets.  You can get them at the Metro Box Office, or by clicking RIGHT HERE.

I'm planning to get back into the studio to pump out some more songs for everyone to check out by the end of the year as well.  I've been playing some of the new songs out on the road, and I am really stoked to hear what they sound like recorded.

Stay tuned for a YouTube video which will document my most recent two week tour.  It'll be available for your viewing pleasure very soon.  I am looking forward to seeing it myself!  There were some quality moments out there for sure.

Also, if you feel like adding me to your top friends or a song of mine to your page, I recommend you try it!  I can always use the promotional help.  You might not know this, but your friends are very interested in what you're listening to these days.  How else do you think I found out about Boys II Men?  Edit:  Actually, this was back in 1991, and I think it was one of my older sister's friend's cassette tape that was left in my parent's mini-van.  Regardless, you get my point!

Bruce Willis Goes to the Zoo, and Then Some Other Stuff Happens

It is a beautiful, sunshiny day.  Bruce Willis has gone to the zoo for a delightful day of watching otters and petting zebras (screw fences.  This is Bruce Willis.  He will climb into the motherfucking zebra pen if he wants).  He's got one leg over the fence, and Zed the Grevy's Zebra is eyeing him with interest when he hears a scream from the vicinity of the reptile house.  He drops back down to the ground and goes running, just as the reptile house explodes in a burst of light.  He charges in, and through the smoke, he sees the faint outline of a young girl.  "Don't worry, I'll save you!" he yells, running towards her.  Once they're safely outside, he sets her down and surveys the situation. 

"Thanks Bruce," Miley says, straightening her mussed hair.  "Man, this shit never happens to Hannah."

*Meanwhile, on the other side of the zoo*

"Blast!" Pogo the Penguin yells, setting down his binoculars.  "Our plan has been foiled!  Pete, call the Jonas Brothers.  This means war!"

The best film, by far, was "License to Drive".  It not only features "Get Out Of My Dreams, Get Into My Car" by Billy Ocean, but it also stars a young Heather Graham.  Also, neither Corey even HAD their license at the time of filming this movie.  Lastly, Ben Affleck tried out for a role, and was denied.  'Nuff said.

 

 

MONDAY, AUG 11 – DAYTON, OH @ PEARL NIGHTCLUB:
