Category: Romance and Relationships

Some people can sit for hours and never know how to write their feelings for someone down on paper.  Others can do it only when the right mindset occurs to them, when they have certain emotions and feelings that overwhelm them.  Others are in such control of there feelings that they can pinpoint exactly what triggers each certain emotion, so that they may describe it at any point to whomever asks.  These three different types of people are what makes the world an interesting place, what makes love such a challenge, but yet all in the same breath makes it exciting.  Love makes it so that people are constantly forced to adjust, to sit back and reassess, to give their hearts time to adapt to recent developments, whether it be in a relationship or in a persons family life, whether something odd or peculiar at school, work, or at play.  In places where someone least expects it.  Love is forever evolving, forever changing, forever providing different challenges for people to overcome

Or maybe, just maybe, love is a random meeting one day, something that leads to one of the best times in a young mans life.  One must question whether true love at first sight exists.  Is it possible that someone can be infatuated with someone the first time the meet?  That they can feel so strongly about a person after their first glance at each other, or whether a soul mate can be found simply in the look in someone's eyes.

Or is love something that takes place over long periods of time.  After being so grateful that someone takes interest in your mundane life, but yet pushes for you to be the best.  Is it after that first little kiss that you truly fall?  Or is it when you become just lying in the persons presence, just ecstatic about the fact that your there at all?

Or maybe love is a combination of everything.  Perhaps that is why its one of the best feelings in the world, solely because it is the one feeling that cannot be pinpointed at all.  One conclusion cannot be drawn about it.  Love is a combination of things.  It's the initial sight of someone who intrigues you, catches your eye, one who you think is extremely cute (perhaps the cutest girl you've ever seen), and the need to get to know her better.  It's after this that ones love begins to grow (perhaps love is like a plant, forever growing, changing its shape, parts dying… perhaps) and true feelings begin to evolve.  One goes from being unhappy to the happiest ever, from not wanting to get out of bed in the morning to never having a bad day, from sharing simple moments with one person, but yet these moments being the most important moments of ones life, to wanting to be with that specific person all the time, to never want to leave there side.

The problem is maintaining perfect, and in turn making the mistake that seems to have ended it all.  After this mistake occurs, love seems to die.  In reality, however, it does not but rather simply goes into hibernation, with at least some feeling still hidden deep beneath that snowy cover of a false sense of pain.  At the end of every winter though there is a new and wonderful spring, a spring that brings hope for anything that has laid almost lifeless since the time of the first coldness.  But this is one of the last beauties of love, that much like any fire, with the tiniest spark can be rekindled, reborn and renewed.  It can be brought back from near death to its former glory, to its previous stature, to its being the best in the world, much like the person that you come to love.
