I have had two people who work for me die in the past month.  It's a tough thing because both of these ladies were people who have been at the hotel for quite a while and were well respected by the staff.

The latest one left us without any notice.  This event really took some thought to get my mind around it.  This is what I came up with......

Indeed I do, I am not a morning person and really don't like the shock
