2. And a private room in the main house share 1 bathroom for US$ 600

The guest house is part of the house complex where I live, its located in Burbank, close to freeway 5 and 134. Ralphs is a walking distance. Very safe neighborhood, plenty of parking on the street. The rent is 600 or 900 plus 1/5 utilities. Deposit is necessary. The utilities includes: water, electricity, gas.
