To make an appointment, contact the ROVER staff at 352-4030

• ROVER provides not only the pet spay or neuter surgery, but also pain medication, as well as vaccinations including rabies with pet license, flea/tick treatment and a nail trim.
• Participants qualify for the free service by bringing documents that show they are receiving the following assistance:
1. Food stamp card
2. Disability letter
3. V. A. Disability
4. Last year’s tax return statement
5. Free school lunch program card
6. Public Housing rent receipt
7. Section 8 letter
8. Social Security income proof
9. WIC documentation

Friends of Animal Certificates

You may purchase Friends of Animals spay and neuter certificates at the Nashville Humane Association and take the certificate to a participating Veterinarian for the operation.
