Combining various musical styles that include industrial, goth, prog, and nu-metal, Godhead strikes a hit with their latest release. With 13 new tracks and five remixes totaling 80 minutes in length, the CD is as intimidating as it is impressive.  The title track brilliantly showcases singer Jason C. Miller's deep and often brooding vocal talents alongside Ty Smith's richly intense drums.  The first single, "Stay Back," offers a classic numetal sound with a riveting melodic chorus and introspective lyrics. "Consumption" is riff-filled, and includes a hooky melody that leaves it ready for radio.  Don't miss the remixes at the end, which offer a very different perspective .. songs.

Ryko Distribution Announces Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Driven Music Group

Ryko Distribution today announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Driven Music Group to distribute all physical and digital releases from Driven Music's artists in the U.S. and Canada.

Driven Music Group was created by Brian "Head" Welch, a founding member, songwriter and guitarist from the multi-platinum rock band KoRn, music industry veteran Mark Nawara and entertainment law attorney Greg Shanaberger. As a member of KoRn, Welch won two Grammy Awards and sold more than 30 million albums. Welch's upcoming solo debut album Save Me From Myself is scheduled to be released by Driven in the Fall of 2008 and will be distributed by Ryko Distribution, along with other Driven releases by Flotsam and Jetsam, 40 Below Summer, Crossbreed, Godhead and Soil among others. Ryko Distribution is headquartered in New York City and is a Warner Music Group company.

In making the announcement, John Esposito, President and CEO of WEA Corp., Warner Music Group's U.S. retail sales and marketing company, said, "We are thrilled to sign this agreement with a young, dynamic company such as Driven Music Group. Flotsam and Jetsam will release "Once In A Deathtime", on July 29th. A two disc set, DVD/CD recorded and filmed last year in Europe.

Driven Music Group, Inc. has announced the signing of the Los Angeles rock act GODHEAD to a three-album deal. The band is currently in the studio in Los Angeles finishing up the recording process for its new full-length CD. An October release is expected, to be followed by a U.S. tour.

Former KORN guitarist and founding member Brian "Head" Welch will release his debut solo album, entitled "Save Me From Myself", on September 9 via Driven Music Group/H2C Records, and distributed by Ryko/Warner Music Group. The CD's first single, "Flush", will be made available exclusively via iTunes on July 8.
