SELLERS AGREEMENTS:
We guarantee this puppy is purebred and registerable with the AKC. We guarantee that all vaccinations and wormings have been given as stated on the vaccination schedule. We encourage the buyer to have this puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of taking possession of this puppy. If this puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary congenital defect or any major health problem at this exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given, provided that the seller is notified within 24 hours after the exam.Replacement puppies may not be avabile for up to 2 years due to waiting list that are already in place. This puppy must be returned to the Breeder along with the AKC registration papers within 24 hours, at no expense to the breeder, with a signed document from the licensed Veterinarian stating the defect or problem. We the breeder are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you, the buyer. This guarantee does not includeany eye problems, uneven bites, undescended testicles, injuries, fleas, mites, ringworm, kennel cough, hernias, Coccidia, giardia or any other intestinal worms/parasites, as they are common in dogs and puppies. The breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper,skin conditions or Corona Virus after the puppy leaves my home, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contacted immediately after leaving the Breeder. We will not be responsible for illness or health problems, which are diagnosed after this time period, except where stated in this contract.

Your puppy is guaranteed for 1 YEAR from the date of birth against life threatening congenital defects and crippling hip displasia which renders the dog unsuitable as a pet. If within that time a life threatening congenital defect (not to include parvo virus, distemper virus, heart-worms,skin conditions or any nutrition related disease) or CHD is found by a licensed veterinarian, the breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of same quality and price after the puppy is returned to the breeder. The replacement will be subject to availability. The puppy will be replaced and no money will be refunded. The purchaser must provide, at the buyer's expense, a written statement from a licensed veterinarian. We, the breeder, are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you, the buyer. We will not be responsible for illness or any health problems which are diagnosed after this time period.

In the unlikely event of this puppy's death in the one year due to congenital defect, a statement from a Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required before any action will be taken by the breeder. If cause is unknown, an autopsy is required. The Breeder will not be responsible for Veterinary or Medical bills incurred.

Pet puppies are sold on limited registration only. It is agreed to and required that every pet puppy be spayed or neutered before 9 months of age and the seller must receive a vet statement by the date of__________ failure to do so and ownership will revert back to the breeder and the buyer will not be entitled to any refund. No puppies are to be produced for any reason or a $3000 (Three Thousand) fine will take effect. All AKC and CKC papers are held until spay/neuter information is recieved.

Show and breeding prospect puppies are sold on full registration. We do not guarantee that your puppy will achieve a title, or guarantee that your puppy will be able to be used for breeding purposes when full grown. It is understood that at the time of sale, this puppy has the characteristics and pedigree that is desirable for conformation competition and breeding purposes.AKC and CKC papers will be provided at the time puppy goes to new home.

Your puppy has been on a vaccination and de-worming schedule here and is up to date and these records will be provided to you. Please take these records to your veterinarian, as it is very important to continue with these vaccinations and wormings after you get your puppy home.
Please do not forget the annual booster after that.

BUYER AGREEMENTS:

The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health with yearly vaccinations and care as specified by their veterinarian. Should the puppy become ill or unsound, any and all cost of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer and not reimbursed by the Seller.

To ensure the safety of the said puppy/dog it must be in a secure fenced in area at home while outside or on a leash when outside of the premises. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is the said puppy/dog to be housed outside on a chain. Seller reserves the right to remove the said puppy/dog if at any time Seller believes that the puppy/dog is in an unsafe or unfit environment. Buyer agrees that this dog will not be used for any purposes of research or vivisection and shall not be sold or given to any wholesale establishment, chain store, catalog sales house, pet store or puppy mill.

Buyer agrees to provide proper socialization to the said puppy/dog. Although Breeder recommends the use of a crate for training purposes and while unattended, puppies need to have free time to socialize and become a part of the family.

Buyer agrees to provide the Breeder with a current photo every 12 months through out the life of the said puppy/dog. This is to ensure that the puppy/dog is in good condition and still resides in the Buyers home. Breeder has a right to come and inspect your home at any given time is breeder thinks the puppy is in danger or not being cared for.

Buyer agrees that if any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy, it must be returned to the Breeder and no refund of any kind will be given. If it is found that the puppy has been placed or sold without the consent of the Breeder, the Breeder retains the right fine the buyer $3,000 and the puppy/dog must be returned to the Seller at Buyers expense.

This dog, nor puppies from this dog may be sold to/through wholesale outlets, pet stores or puppy mills. If it is found that this activity has taken place there will be a $3,000 (three thousand) penalty per dog, and Breeder will have the right to repossess the dog and any offspring produced by same.

Our main goal is to produce happy, healthy dogs that make excellent companions and protectors and are loved and cherished by their owners. One of the highlights of breeding is to hear how well the dogs are doing in their new homes. We hope you will enjoy many years with your new puppy.

If for any reason we the breeder and the original purchaser of this puppy should end up in a court of law, then the original purchaser hereby agrees to bare any and all court costs and attorney's fees for both the breeder and original purchaser. Further more it is agreed that any court proceedings shall be held in the breeders state and county. Each offence not upheld within this contract are subject to a $3,000 fine and reaturn of the said dog.
Buyer has read and understands all of the terms and provisions contained in this Agreement. Buyer understands that the terms and provisions contained constitute a binding agreement and constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the sale and purchase of the puppy.


Both the Buyer and Seller have read the above contract and understand and agree to all the conditions stated herein. No amendments have been made to this contract. This contract is legal and binding.

Once you decide if you are looking for a male or female and if you want full or limited registeration.  Please click on View all blogs.. Fill out the contract and return it to us with your deposit and spay/neuter contract if it applies to you..I give 48 hours after being contacted to recieve the deposit. If I do not recieve it at that time I will offer the puppy to the next person on the list. (most puppies are sold before they are born).You may come look at your puppy anytime and once deposit is recieved you may pick out which puppy you would like. All Puppies are priced when the litter is born.. The price is the same male or female...We are firm on our prices because of all the time,work,training and everything that comes with the puppies.
