Thought I would throw in a little discussion here. Things are coming to me faster and faster every day. I do spend a lot of time doing meditation, and research on the brain and how it works with the world around us.

It has been said that it takes 30 days to create a habit, and 90 days to ingrain it unconsciously.

Then there is the part of are existence being an illusion. The eyes don't actually see, they only reflect light. The brain sees. The brain also has no way of telling the difference between something you actually see, and a visualization or imagery in your head.

My question for you all is, what do you think is the toughest and easiest parts about getting what you want out of life? Since your in complete control over your outcome, that should relieve a lot of stress, though sometimes it doesn't. So Whats it that makes this difficult or easy for you. And what do you want to accomplish over the next year, think big folks :)

A good amount of songs I have written, were based off these theories in response to different aspects of life.

I'm not just a solo musician, but I help others as well. I've been writing songs since I was 13, and am more then 10 years in the making. My dream has always been to write songs, and not just for me but for other aspiring artists. I know from my own experiences, that starting out as a songwriter, is very VERY DIFFICULT!

How do you write a GREAT hook? Whats the importance of the verses? The importance of the first words you hear striking the listeners ears, ect.

I can answer all these questions and more if that is what you need. Though if you are mainly a performer, a director (for movies, commercials, ect), or write videogames... we all need a song that will be recognizable by the listener. You're going to need a hit! Something that will leave your fan base with a long lasting impression.

Well I will do this for you, it might come at a small price, but you will make this back ten fold with the proper promotion. The songs will work for themselves, you just need to get it available to the public.

My ability to write goes far and beyond. Multiple genres from Alternative Rock to R&B, Electronic and much more.

Hello Subonians! There is an Acoustic EP in the works. I wanted to share this with you all. There will be 5 Acoustic tracks, as well as the original version of "While Your On The Ground". That makes it 6 tracks total! This will hold you all over before the new CD comes out this summer. I'm hard at work on some new tracks, and you will find one of those making it acoustic on this cd :)

Aside from the new track, which song would you like to have me put up? I'm taking an open poll, and would love your opinion.

I've had something on my mind for a very long time. I've talked about it with a couple friends here and there, but I always kept it personally to myself because I felt most of the people I talked to about it, never were willing to be open enough to accept my ideas.

Now, I want to share this more openly to the world. If you have or haven't heard of "The Secret" (a book and dvd), which I think is saying a lot, but not in the right context then I suggest you listen. There is so much more out there then what you can see with your own eyes. We've all had points in time when we felt something completely, and or we had a gut feeling... and just about 100% of those times you are exactly right. I want to tell you though, this is no accident. Call it science, call it religion, call it spirituality. It is up to you to decide your own beliefs and your own life. I urge everyone from here on forth to move forward with there dreams. Dedicate yourself, that you will finish and complete them. I can't tell you how good it feels to do this, and present it to all your friends, family, and or current/future fans of what you do. It gives you some sort of power over yourself and the life you are living.

There is a shell that 90% of us live in. We might disbelieve that we can do something, but there is a 100% chance that you can really do it. It's how your heart, your mind, and your bodies energy aligns. It's no hocus pocus. If you are someone that needs proof, there is a science to all of this as well.

As we have all grown older, we trapped ourselves in old hurts, and old ideas that make up what we believe to be true now. You have to understand though, that all of this is coming from THE PAST. Really by blaming the old hurts and pains on your now living, you are living in a judgmental state. All we have is NOW, not before, or the future. It's already happened, or it hasn't... but you absolutely cannot FIGURE out the future for itself.

There is something called the Law of Attraction. It says that like attracts like. We know from Einstein that everything comes down to the energy. Everything you smell, taste, see, hear, feel, and even can't... comes down to this energy. It is all vibrating and its own rate. This is why it exists. If your desk you are sitting at right now was vibrating at a different rate, then it would no longer be your desk. It would be either nothing, or something else.

So where does this come into play? Well I know even the most "UNLIKELY" people that don't express this, have a dream... or maybe they haven't thought about it because they never believes whatever it is they could want, could happen. Well it comes down to this. Whenever you are thinking something, you create this string of vibrational energy. If you are sitting there and drinking a glass of water thinking "Oh man this shit is hurting my body". Now you do this enough times, and surely every time you sip the water your body is going to tell itself to harm you. It will send out the energy, and impulses in your body to do exactly as you have told yourself over and over again. Let's put this into perspective though with your DREAM! I will use mine as a first hand example.

I'm a firm believe in meditation and visualization as a stimulus for relaxation and envisioning and resonating with that energy. Believe it or not, there was a point when I thought I wasn't good enough to write great music. I knew this was my dream though. I moved into my own apartment, never having ever completed a full song all by myself. I'm talking writing everything on a track like I do now. Then I came out of the blue, and found something called Wealth Beyond Reason. This was before The Secret existed. I was blown away at the time with this material. It started to give me some hope, that I can really do something here. I worked with it, my beliefs after doing this for a little bit of time, started to transform my thoughts and my surrounding environment to accommodate with this new set of thoughts. Within 3 months, I went from writing shitty sounding music to writing the exact sound I started to make on my first full length album. I kept working with it with my music, as well as my social life (I use to be so shy, like in highschool I wouldn't even go up to the teachers desk to turn in a piece of paper I wrote... I was scared sweaty, and shitless.). Then I realized I was suddenly handed so many great opportunities. I ended up with one of my first girlfriends since 2 years went by when I was suffering from these conditions. Not only that, but within 4-5 months I slammed out well over 12 tracks I was thoroughly impressed with. Ended up designing all the artwork, making the money necessary to live on my own and afford my first 100 copies of the cd. In a matter of 3 days, I sold 10 copies (as a no name artist, this was fantastic to me). I made 100$ in 3 days from something I loved, with to me is no work necessary. Eventually I let my Ego get the best of me though, my brain kept sending out thoughts like no this is too big you can't do it... but where was the problem? I listened to again. Things started to die. Here is what I realized though, once the vibration is so strong, and it takes over you 100% and you become so confident that what you do will automatically create these outcomes. Well, your brain will stop telling you that thing isn't accomplish able anymore. Then you can work on bigger and better things :)

Right now I am working on my 2nd album, and I know from the bottom of my heart I am doing something that will surpass whatever state I am in now 10, or 100 fold. I am proud to say this, and am happy and excited to share this dream. I'd love for everyone of you to be able to say the same thing.

Hello! I'm excited to announce, as soon as this next song is up this week... I will begin the demoing phase of my now, 2nd Full Length Album. There are not many details at the moment, but you can expect a summer 2009 release. Around June-July.

This time around, I am going to do it a little different. The first time around I did everything myself from the ground up. Which was a real fun and crazy adventure. Through all the new experiences, and things I've learned about my self and music... I want to take on a different approach. I will be inviting in some other people from the outside, who will do the final Recordings, Production, Artwork, ect.

There will be about 15-20 songs I will be demoing for this CD (about 11-13 song will make the cut), and it will take on a whole new sound and approach then the previous album. I'm always growing and wanting to share my experience with the world, and this is my next phase to do that.

When I have more information on this, I will be sure to share this first with all my myspace friends.

Also over the next couple months I will be working on a website, and this will be up so you can see all the updates on news, photo's, touring, contests, and other fun stuff from a whole new perspective.

Thank you everyone for all the support you have given me since the beginning of my first release. I've heard some of the most amazing things told to me about what I do, and with that being said... its given me a lot of drive and determination to take myself further, and do more for everyone around me.

Hello my friends, we are 1/4 into summer and life is going great! At the moment I am recording a bunch of new songs, and in the process of re-recording some of our old tracks from the CD. Eventually the object is to go back into a full pro studio and record a bunch of new and old tracks to make a new CD. This CD will probably include an assortment of tracks from the current record as well as brand new songs.

Along with that we have been searching high and hard for the right musicians for the band. Things are changing all the time. Erik is no longer a part of the band. It is all a different of interest.
