Hello, Sorry i'ts been a while but no excuse, just hav'nt found the muse much lately, but never mind.
Some news on gigs, Cardinal Wolsey is open again and we have 2 gigs there, July 24th and September 25th. The first gig will feature a mixed bag of stuff as both our Fire and Water drummers are giging so we are using my good friend Ed on the sticks, so maybe we will feature some of my c.d stuff and some rock classics, we will see.
Before that we have a gig at The Railway in Bromley. A good old pub gig, feels like a place from the 70's but a good crowd and nice people running it. The gig is on July 17th, this Friday so see ya there.
This sunday, 19th my trio is playing at The Red Lion in Isleworth, our first time here so hope a few of you can make it, between 3 and 6p.m. I think.
Just got out of jail in the Test match, could be without Freddie at Lords but I still feel good about our chances there, we can't play that badly again can we?
Could be a draw there too so we will see. Got to play Harmison and Onions and Freddie if fit if they are to take 20 wickets but I feel the current England set up lacks a little spark and is much to conservative, it's the Ashes for gods sake, do what the Aussies like the least and get in there faces and bat with some grit and determination and not like you are in a 20/20 match.
I digress, hope to see some of you soon at a gig somewhere and say hello if you have read this blog,

Big love to all, PAUL COX, XX

Hi all, A quick note to let you know about some upcoming gigs.

Tonight I am a guest  of a Muddy Waters Tribute at The Oval in Croydon along with The John Oleary band and and Sam Kelly performing a couple of Muddys tunes.

Tommorow, May 1st, my band will be at The Kings Head, London Road, Burgess Hill and Sunday Lunchtime my trio is at The Grey Horse in Kingston so come along and say hi.

Steve is still out with Gary Moore so we have been using Jim Russel on drums and he has done a fine job for us with FIRE and WATER.

Hope to see some of you at some of these gigs and say hello, always nice to know people respond to my blogs in some way.

Till next time, BIG LOVE TO ALL.

Hello All, Just a quick plug for a few gigs this week. Thursday 26th March  Earl Green, John Smyth and myself. A.K.A. The Blues Pack, will be at The New Crawdaddy Club, The Belvedere Hotel, Billericky. We had a great time there last year and hope to have the same amount of fun again.
Friday 27th  Fire and Water will be at a new gig in Leatherhead called The Royal Oak, 265 Kingston Road Leatherhead at 9.P.m.We are using a different drummer for some gigs as our usual guy is on tour with Gary Moore, lucky bastard! To be fair he deserves his break and long may it continue for him.
Saturday night I am at The Prince of Wales in Holmesdale road, Reigate and hope to see some of you there too.
Take care and speak again soon.
