Hello you lot
Big thanks to all of you that turned out for the show at the Queen Charlotte on 5th December. An intimate affair but nonetheless enjoyable. Thanks also to those hearty fellows, the Vandebilts. I enjoyed them muchly! This night was also noteable in providing the best comedy fall over that I have witnessed in years, thus leaving me unable to sing the last number as I was gripped by fits of laughter. Thank you to that kind gentleman who provided me with such larks!
Have a good Xmas and see you in the New Year!
Cheers
Lenston

Howdy Doody Punch and Judy!
Don't forget all you good boys and girls, it's the LP3 Xmas Jamboree in the basement of the Queen Charlotte in Rochester this Saturday (5th December). Support will be capably delivered by the Vandebilts. Come along and dig it. It'll be £5 on the door or something like that. Vandebilts on at about 9, us on at about 10. We may even have the new design LP3 t-shirts for sale. A handy stocking filler!
We had lots of fun recording at the BBC this week. More on that later when we have photos and more importantly, when I can be arsed.

‘Allo guys n’ gals These are very busy times in Len Price 3 land. We’ve got our new album, ‘Pictures’ scheduled for worldwide release on 18th January. We also have a single, ‘The Girl Who Became a Machine’ currently available as a downloadable wotsit from i-tunes and from wickedcoolrecords.com and as if that wasn’t enough, there’s another called ‘After You’re Gone’ available from 8th December. For all you Medway dwellers, we’re doing a gig at the Queen Charlotte on Saturday 5th December. We’ve hired out the basement for an early Xmas Jamboree. It’ll be about £5 on the door with support from those thoroughly decent chaps, the Vanderbilts. Other news is that we’re off to record a session at the BBC Maida Vale Studio next week, which will be broadcast on Radio 2 on January 9th as part of Mark Lamar’s ‘God’s Jukebox’ programme. We’re very excited about that cos we’ve always wanted to do something at the BBC Maida Vale studio. It’s got a rich heritage, so it’s going to be an honour and a privilege. Don’t forget kids, our album launch gig is set for 23rd January! Until next time!

The best band of all time? Why surely, it's Bewitched14th July 2009Evenin' All
We thoroughly enjoyed our sojourn in the Emerald Isle. Big thanks to Mr VeeZee and our comrades at Wicked Cool for sorting out the instore performance at Tower Records. We had a fine old time indeed. The morning of the show will rank as one of my most unusual Sunday mornings. We were having some photos taken outside Tower Records for the artwork on the new album. Picture the scene. The LP3 are on their backs in a busy shopping thoroughfare. A man on a step ladder is taking photos of us from above, with Mr VZ directing. A large throng of about 100-150 people are gathering around to stare at MR VeeZee, get photos and autographs etc... and there is a squadron of seagulls circling with menace overhead, waiting to crap on our heads.
Sincere thanks are extended to our stablemates, the Urges for the loan of their gear at Tower Records and for the idle chat & laughs that we were able to share at Toner's and before / after the Tower Records do. Surly on the surface but cuddly puppies underneath - although they don't (to my knowledge) chew on your slippers and piss on the furniture. They are splendid fellows to a man! Cheers lads!
A thousand thanks also to Nick for sorting out the gig at Toner's the night before and to the Bloody Shanks for the lone of the gear. We had a good laugh and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was only our second gig with Dan playing keys and harp and despite the fact that he was heavily medicated, he came through again with flying colours.
Last, but by no means least - Good work Goucher for escorting us to a decent boozer after Tower Records. Another charming fellow and excellent company. Thanks mate!
It was pretty groovy being back in the saddle again after a long lay off and we're eagerly looking forward to coming to a neighbourhood near you soon to make a bleedin' racket.
In other news, the release date for the new album has slipped back to 15th September. All the music is done, we're just trying to sort out some artwork that we're happy with. Hopefully with these new photos, we are just a gnat's away!
All the best you lot!

at a loss for ideas on how to arrange the horn part for "Tenth Avenue
Freeze-Out" - called on Van Zandt and his encyclopedic knowledge of
soul music for help with the arrangement. Springsteen revealed that Van
Zandt was partially responsible for the signature guitar line in Born
to Run; "Arguably Steve's greatest contribution to my music. Van Zandt
then joined the E Street Band in the midst of their Born to Run tours.
Since 2002, Van Zandt has hosted Little Steven's Underground Garage, a
