Just to make it clear, if any band drops a show within 2 weeks of the event date, they will be responsible to pay the equivalent of the required ticket sales directly to Island Wide Booking. It costs money to put on these shows and when bands drop it puts us at risk of paying for your failed business transaction. We rely on you to come through with the deal and we give you an opportunity for exposure and the chance to play a show, therefore we require you to work with us as per the requirements of our shows.
This will be clearly stated in the contract we require for all events.
