Current mood:  accomplished

So as I'm eagerly waiting to get into Orange Studio to record the debut EP I'm also trying to make sure that all the ducks are lined up to support this EP with some merch (going to be making the shirts on Thursday), buttons, and some gigs to push the EP forward.

I'm hoping to put together some kind of tour in the fall/spring to also get this thing off the ground. 

I'm taking baby steps, the only way to move forward.

I'm not really sure if this is the best way of getting out there, but I've been hitting up the open mics as a start to help get the performing jitters out of my system.  My favorite so far is the Open Mic at the Phoenix (check my friends).  Tonight I'm hitting up the one at the River Bar.  Hope I don't have to do anything special to get to play, I just plan on showing up early and seeing what happens.

If any of you need a solo act to open your show, feel free to drop me a line.

So it took me a while before I was ready to post a proper song above.  Normally I tend to operate too fast, posting things that aren't ready, that haven't had a lot of work done on them.  Although "white-coated wolves" came together rather quickly, it took a while to get the vocals to an acceptable level of quality, and to figure out the other instrumentation (not to mention the requirement of figuring out how to play a cajon).  I hope you enjoy it.
