We will join the italian psyche-prog-comedy band Mariposa for a small italian tour this fall, starting friday october the 30th in Torino. For the occasion the two bands will meet in the studio to record a new exclusive track to give away on cd-r during these shows.
Meanwhile the talented artist Arianna Vairo has designed a very cool artwork poster, printed in a very limited edition of only 80 copies in silkscreen. This will be available at shows and on our online shop. Keep in touch.

Finalmente venerdì 30 ottobre inizia il tour-follia che abbiamo messo insieme in combutta con i Mariposa. L'esordio sarà all'Hiroshima Mon Amour di Torino e si chiuderà il 4 dicembre a Bologna, in una serata che già si preannuncia epocale.

Per l'occasione abbiamo deciso anche di chiuderci per un giorno in studio insieme ai Mariposa per cercare di cavarne una registrazione congiunta, un inedito esclusivo da regalare a chi parteciperà ai concerti del tour. La settimana prossima saremo in grado di darvi più informazioni su quello che saremo riusciti a produrre.

Nel frattempo la talentuosa Arianna Vairo ha realizzato un'illustrazione esclusiva per i poster del tour, che produrremo anche in un'edizione serigrafica super-limitata in sole 80 copie che potrete trovare ai concerti stessi o sul nostro shop online. Intanto qui sotto trovate le date del tour.

The first pressing of the double-LP set of Our Secret Ceremony has gone sold out in a few weeks. A Silent Place has announced today that a re-print of the vinyl is due in a short time in 500 copies.
Collectors must not fear, though: we can list the differences between the first release and this re-print. First of all the colour of the discs which is transparent in the first release while this new issue comes in a classic black; then you will be able to recognize the first edition by the progressive handmade numbering of the original 300 copies on the back of the cover jacket. We'll let you know as soon as this re-print is ready and available.
Meanwhile, as iTunes is taking ages to upload the album, fans of the incorporeal can buy the album as a digital download at Amazon.

Una notizia flash: la prima tiratura del doppio vinile di Our Secret Ceremony come ben sapete è andata esaurita in pochissime settimane. La A Silent Place ci annuncia oggi che ne verrà realizzata una ristampa in 500 copie.
Nessun timore per i collezionisti però, siamo già in grado di annunciarvi le differenze tra la prima tiratura e questa ristampa: innanzitutto il colore dei dischi, trasparente nella prima edizione e in classico vinile nero questa ristampa, inoltre la prima tiratura riporta la numerazione progressiva a mano delle 300 copie sul retro della copertina. Vi faremo sapere appena sarà disponibile questa nuova tiratura.
Nel frattempo, per i fan del digitale e dell'incorporeo, siccome iTunes ci sta mettendo secoli a rendere disponibile l'album, potete servirvi nei più zelanti spazi di Amazon per il digital download.

While waiting for the new album (see below), we give you this last unreleased mp3 taken from the sessions for our former full-lenght. "Something Happens For The First Time" is another song written and recorded to be included on the After Dark, My Sweet album but ultimately left out of the final tracklist. The song was then given to the italian singer Lilith who performed and released it on her album The Black Lady And The Sinnersaints. This here is our original unreleased recording, performed by us and sung by Luca.

"Something Happens For The First Time" è un'altra canzone scritta e incisa per essere inserita in After Dark, My Sweet ma esclusa dalla tracklist finale. La canzone è stata poi affidata alla roca e sensuale voce di Lilith che l'ha interpretata sul suo album The Black Lady And The Sinnersaints. Questa è la versione originale, registrata da noi e interpretata dalla voce di Luca.

Being released Febuary 4 2009 on  A Silent Place label, our new album, Our Secret Ceremony will be available as a double-cd set, limited edition double-LP set and digital download. Our Secret Ceremony is a 90 minute trip through diverse soundscapes, bred by the band's trademark eclecticism.

Finalmente possiamo iniziare a sbottonarci! Uscirà il 4 febbraio 2009 per l'etichetta A Silent Place il nostro nuovo album dal titolo Our Secret Ceremony. Disponibile in doppio cd, doppio vinile edizione limitata e digital download, Our Secret Ceremony è il nostro quinto album, un viaggio sonoro di 90 minuti attraverso le atmosfere più diverse, figlio di quell'eclettismo che è ormai da anni il nostro marchio di fabbrica. L'album è stato registrato nell'arco dell'ultimo anno agli studi Bunker e Alpha Dept e vede la partecipazione di diversi musicisti tra cui Emanuele Reverberi (Giardini di Mirò) e Enrico Gabrielli (Afterhours, Calibro 35, Mariposa).

La promozione dell'album sarà curata da Andrea Sbaragli per A Buzz Supreme.

The cd edition of N-Waves / U-Waves is out now, featuring the complete sessions recorded with (former Spacemen 3) Sonic Boom at Alpha Studio in Bologna during the production of the album After Dark, My Sweet. This cd edition features the two tracks released some months ago on the 10" edition plus two songs that were included in the album AD,MS, thus giving you the complete sessions that came out from this collaboration. The cd comes in a cool "etched" carton sleeve with artwork by Luca Lumaca. You can buy it directly at our online shop.
