A True Honor...

Professional Makeup Artist Nakeah Fuller... Special Guest Makeup Artist at Mary Kay Cosmetics' National Seminar 2007!!!

Nakeah touches the lives of more than 1,000 women during Mary Kay's National Seminar.  At the Dallas Convention Center, Women from all over the world stood in line to gain the opportunity to sit in her makeup chair. While sharing her skill & technique to thousands of women, she enjoyed every moment of embracing each & every one of them while helping to take National Beauty Consutants to NEW Levels.

     Many of you are aware that I lost my 1st born Nephew on New Year's Day... (Darrent Williams - #27 of the Denver Broncos). Darrent (named after his Father "James Darrent") was such an amazing person. He's  someone who's extremely-extremely... dear to me and One who's always been destined for GREATNESS.  My nephew was killed  New Year's Day while I was home in TX visiting with our family for the holiday season.  I received the shocking and very tragic phone call around 4am shortly after the shooting. Since then... My phones have rang constantly and both my inbox & voice mailbox have been full. On behalf of my Entire Family... I'd like to Thank Everyone for all of your PRAYERS & Wonderful Words of Encouragement  for the entire Williams & Fuller Family. Darrent has truly made a GREAT Mark in many of our lives as well as in NFL History. He's been a GREAT Support, Inspiration & Encouragement to me and my career as a Professional Makeup Artist and he will be FOREVER... Loved & Missed Tremendously by so many. Please know that Your True Love, Your Prayers, and Respect is "HIGHLY.... APPRECIATED" more than any words could ever express...

   I'd like to take a moment to Thank everyone for your continuous love & support. As we continue to use the gifts that GOD has given us, never get too busy to stop and say "Thank YOU".  I'm forever thankful for so many of God's wonderful gifts; the many great gifts & talents within all of HIS People - I'm extremely thankful for and so much more....

   He continues to take me to NEW levels as I strive to reach my true destiny while using the gift that he's given me. I'll always continue to pray for you and I ask for your continuous prayers as well.  Strive for your dreams and never gift up on them.

    As a Professional Makeup Artist, dealing with many different individuals within the industry of film, tv, print, fashion and entertainment... while being responsible for the way that person's FACE looks before the public eye is truly a great responsibility. However, it is one that I am quite proud of. When that Entertainer, Public Speaker, that Celebrity, or that Model steps into the Makeup Room, normally... that's their only quiet time. It's their place of peace, concentration, focus, and relaxation. Most Actors bring in their scripts, singers bring in their hot tea, and so on... as they trust me to make them "Look Extraordinary" (inspite of their flaws...). However, because of the true gift that I've been blessed with... I step up to the plate with total confidence. I pull out my face palettes and do my thang... as an Artist, knowing that once they get out of of my chair to take a look in the mirror... they'll know they're now truly ready to step before the Cameras, Before the Crowds, Before the Lights, and Before their Fans; While being able to say to themselves... "I LOOK FANTASTIC..."!!!!!!

As for me, When YOU Look Good... My Heart Smiles...
