OVERVIEW

I am looking to secure a position in the Entertainment/Music industry to continue and expand in the pursuit of my passion – MUSIC.  I currently own and operate a business named Fred The Phone Man and have since 1998.  I also own an Entertainment company named Xtreme Dream Ent. involved in multiple ventures.  I believe that my experience and knowledge with Computers, Recording and Engineering, Graphics, Websites & of course business will be a positive addition to your company.

MUSIC EXPERIENCE

Xtreme Dream Ent. Unofficially Est. 2005

XTREME DREAM ENT. has well over 150 songs recorded with well over 50 different artists of whom I have ENGINEERED, RECORDED, EDITED, MIXED and EXECUTIVE PRODUCED every one in PRO TOOLS. Originally we started on mix tape beats and used SONY ACID software.  We quickly upgraded and ware buying beats or making beats with SONAR and purchased PRO TOOLS, a BEHRINGER MIC and MIXING BOARD to record and edit vocals.  I have since purchased a KORG TRITON XTREME and am currently using it, FRUITY LOOPS, SONAR and PRO TOOLS for beats and recording.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & WEBSITE EXPERIENCE

I originally started my graphic design experience in 1997 working for 2 sign companies doing graphics and sign fabrication in RENO for Businesses mostly Casinos (Circus Circus, Hilton, Eldorado, etc.)  I have continued doing graphics for Fred The Phone Man and Xtreme Dream Ent. expanding into Website Design as well.  I am using ADOBE Photoshop for Graphics & MACROMEDIA for Web Design. Additional experience includes HTML, COREL Draw, MS Publisher, MS Paint, FLEXI SIGN, C Panel, Shopping Carts, Serving Graphics, E-mail accounts, MySpace Accounts, Chat Rooms/Forums, etc.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

1998 – Present                Fred The Phone Man – Owner/Operator(Install Phones, Phone Systems and Data Networks in Small Businesses)

I've had many employees and a payroll now we mainly work on a subcontractor basis.  Currently have 4 regular subs.  We work with national companies who subcontract us to take care of national accounts locally (BAY AREA & RENO).  I have made sales and presentations to many CEO's, Board Rooms, Owners, Book Keepers, and Entire Businesses etc.  I have also done many sales/training seminars and have gotten an overwhelming positive response.

2005 – Present                Xtreme Dream Ent. – Owner/Operator(Studio Time, Graphics, Beats, Concerts/Shows, Artists Management)

Since the beginning we have been recording.  2 Mix Tapes later and after filtering through a few unloyal artists the first all original release "ALLSTARZ" is coming summer 2007.  The only thing not done in house is mastering, duplication, and packaging.  The Beats are in house producers, Deez Nutz, C-Tone(me), and Tha Wizard Of Oakland.  EVERYTHING else has been done by me including, recording, mixing, editing, graphics, promotion, distribution, executive production, etc.

I have a studio with a padded vocal booth & window to engeneer room, PROTOOLS, a Behringer Mic & Mixer, a Triton Extreme, Sonar, Fruity Loops, 2 PC's (the Main A Sony Vio & the secondary an Acer).  We are currently recording Xtreme Dream Ent. projects and CHARGING OTHERS FOR STUDIO TIME. RECORDING ALBUMS for RELEASE as soon as summer 2007 –
