My son telling me he wants me to buy a ride on lawn mower, but I told him the fact of the matter is we don’t need one, because our apartment landscapers cut the lawn. Boy oh boy was my little red head disappointed. He so wanted that lawn mower, giggles.....

How have you all been lately? I’ve been busy and I haven’t yet been able to get caught up with all of my messages, comments and such for the past two months. I’m very sorry about that, but know I pray for you all and I hope the best for you.

May you all have a very blessed Thanksgiving Week!!

My son Brayden will be spending the holiday with his Dad’s Family this year and he will be meeting his second brother for the first time. His Dad (my Ex-Common Law Husband) is going to take lots of photos for me. I will cook a small Thanksgiving dinner to celebrate the holiday with Brayden this weekend.





I will be spending the Thanksgiving holiday with my friend and co-worker Susan and her family and friends. She was sweet and invited me a month ago. She wanted Brayden to go too and I so wish I could bring him, but alas my son’s Father Bern asked me if he could have Brayden, since his 24 year old son Nick will be in state for the holiday and Lil Brayden has never met his second brother before, so this was a wonderful opportunity for him to meet his brother. I couldn’t be selfish and tell Bern no. As I want my son to know his brother. It will be fine. I will make sure to make a special celebration for Brayden with me this weekend. What will you be doing for the holiday?

Good Morning Angels,

The weather here in Fort Myers is breathtaking today. I love when the weather doesn't get higher than 80. Today we have a high of 70 F. :)

Tis been a very busy schoolwork week & my job has been taking some very interesting turns. One of my bosses was replaced by a new consultant and there are major changes going on at the showroom business structure wise. My team began a new training program and it was quite enjoyable. I do pray it will help sales to be better. I will miss my former boss and hope he and his family will be well. Luckily he has a consultant job on the side so he isn't without employment. I am sad though with the way that one day he just wasn't at work anymore and shortly thereafter it was announced he is no longer with the company.

I so apologize for not being able to keep up with many of your messages, comments and such.

I have been very occupied with schoolwork, searching for a 2nd job and my usual household duties for my son, pets, home and myself. I know I'm always giving excuses, but they are all I can give at this time and my sincere loving prayers and thoughts that are with you all.

Due to the stress at my work I totally didn't realize until this morning that yesterday was a very special day. It was 11/11. I have posted a bulletin & one year a website on the very subject, but I don't remember the url for it and cannot seem to finid it when searching for it. So alas I cannot again share it. Tis a bummer. Oh well....

Our Mall Began putting up Christmas decorations and displays yesterday and so we enjoyed seeing them get put up much of today.

We hope you all had a wonderful Halloween. Ours was so lovely. My son Brayden & I enjoyed time at our local Library for a Haunted Reading, at the Pumpkin Patch Festival and Trick or Treating at our local shopping mall. We are very blessed. We were able to see so many wonderful costumes and meet lots of really nice people. We had planned on going to a trunk or treat at a church in Cape Coral, but ran out of time to get there on time last night. Lil Brayden’s favorite parts were the Hayride and getting a Power Rangers DVD as a trick or treat gift from our favorite ‘Disney Store’. Oh and a glow in the dark bracelet from a store for a treat as well. Smiles. My favorite part I would have to say is seeing how excited Lil Brayden gets when he gets treats and when he gets items he really loves how his eyes light up and his smile gets so big and beautiful. Smiles.

It has been a hot week here in Fort Myers. I’m looking forward to the possible future cold front (well you should all know by now when Florida says cold front, they mean in the 70’s, which is ever so lovely. Smiles. I wish we had more days than we actually do to enjoy such weather here.

I was promoted to ‘Marketing Associate’ at my Direct Buy Showroom Job on Friday. I feel ever so grateful and blessed for that.

My son & I went window shopping today so that Lil Brayden could get some ideas of what he wants to put on his Christmas list for Santa this year. Smiles. We are so looking forward to our favorite holiday of all ‘Christmas’. I know, we still have Thanksgving to come first, which I also enjoy, but Christmas is above all our favorite holiday and oh you know I’ll have my Christmas tree up by Thanksgiving. Smiles.

We have been watching Christmas movies tonight.  One of our family favorites ‘The Muppets Christmas Carol’.

Well, I’m happy to tell you all that I feel even better than I did this morning. I haven’t coughed much at all today and I’m breathing well. I don’t think I will need an inhaler. I’m so happy and relieved. I’m grateful for all of my blessings and I truly believe that the Lord answers prayers. He sure does answer mine.

Good Afternoon Angels,

Well I’m happy to announce that my bronchitis seems to be getting better. Thank goodness!! I don’t hurt when I cough and I can actually breathe again. Hallelujiah!! I feel like I’ve had this bug forever. Thank you for all of your prayers.

My son has had an ear ache and cold, but has been acting his normal self and thank goodness didn’t catch my bronchitis from me. I’m very happy and relieved about that.

Sorry for the delay in my replying to comments and messages. I haven’t been feeling 100% and thus getting all of my ‘To Do List’ things done have been difficult as it was.

Good Morning Angels,

So I’ve been sick with Seasonal Influenza all week, however, I have managed to be strong enough to go into work everyday. Most of my team at the Showroom have it or are coming down with it. My precious son got a mild case of it, but got better quickly, thank goodness. I’m still quite sick, but try not to let it get in the way of allowing me to get things done that I need to. Although uncomfortable, I’ve been okay. Sometimes miserable, but okay. Thank goodness, I was able to taste my food today. Smiles. Wahoo!! I had some vegetable soup tonight for supper at work and it was so delightful, because I could actually taste it and I can breathe about 60% now through my nasal passage, ahhhh that feels good. Hee hee. I was beginning to think Heavenly Father was playing a trick on me wanting me to sound like I was a country singer on Hee Haw show, giggles.
