We started Connecticut Four this past April and have had such an incredible not-quite-year. We've had the most fun playing shows with and for our old friends and making new ones, and holy crap, some of you even like us! Thank you so much for making 2008 an amazing time. We'll have some recorded music for you by spring, promise.

Here are links to some cool pictures of and things that have been written about us this year:

Three Imaginary Girls
Three Imaginary Girls + KEXP blog
What's Up! (show review)
What's Up! (spotlight)
Line Out: The Stranger's music blog

And it's still not too late to vote for us for What's Up!'s best of 2008. We're in the running for Best Moniker, Best Newby and Best Pop Will Rock Itself.

Thank you again to our amazing friends - we love you! Happy new year! 2009! Whoo!

So... In addition to taking the photos we've recently added from our show at the Boiler Room with the Brothers Gross (who, by the way, are rad), our pal Jim at grindphoto took even more pictures, plus some audio and video. These are available for your personal enjoyment here.

Our next show is a WhAAM show at the Old Foundry in Bellingham with Your Heart Breaks, Karl Blau and Madeline Adams. I could try to explain how stoked we are for it, but I fear English contains no accurate words. See you there? Yeah, I thought so.

Also! Not only is today numerically auspicious, it is also guitarist/genius/all around good guy Eric Howk's birthday. Just so you know.

Blogs last and bulletins don't, so for safekeeping, these are links to some words and pictures from other people about that time we played acoustic at the Fremont troll with (some of) Fishboy:
