For all the fans who have sent us emails and have asked for a physical release of our CDs, here it finally is. What we have here are fresh pressed copies of The Skeleton Crew Diaries and The Allied Forces EP. All CDs come with full color artwork by some of our talented artist friends. Limited pressed releases will be for sale until December 23, 2009. CDs will be going for $10.00 each or $18.00 for both.

Now here's the dope part. All CDs pressed were financed by yours truly. All the money that we make from now until the 23rd will ALL go towards charity. 100% percent of the money will be used to buy turkeys and delivered by us to a local soup kitchen in the San Jose area on December 24, 2009. So we ask that you assist us in helping some of our less fortunate brothers and sisters. And to make sure we're good on our word, hypoetical will document the event with his camera and we'll have the video posted on our site after.

Im telling you, these things are great stocking stuffers :)

So if you would like to make a purchase, make donations via PayPal here (please enter the proper amount $10 for either CD or $18 for both) and leave a note as to which CD(s) you want:

P.S. If you want your copy signed, just let us know.

Happy holidizzays,

Mind Mechanics Crew

Greetings fam,

A couple announcements we'd like to make. For you folks that wanna hear the Allied Forces EP directly without a download, we setup a presence on bandcamp.com where you can listen to all the tracks off the EP and download the entire album for free at your leisure.

Also, hypoetical just relaunched his site which at the moment is going to focus on the creation of hiphop art by the sharing of inspiration, resources, and everything involved with the artform. Worth checking out to learn some new things about the creative process behind beatmaking, rhymes, and some of the video work he does. Featured on the site are his personal works along with all the Mind Mechanics projects available as free digital downloads. Please spread the word to all the heads you know, it's going to be an ongoing project of his – an endeavor of blood, sweat, and tears for the love of hiphop.

Once again, thanks to everyone for their support and letting folks know about the Allied Forces EP. In all sincerity we appreciate the feedback and love that's been shown.

Just wanted to share with you all a website that belongs to my homie, Josh Molgaard. Real good buddy of mine, that I met when I was stationed at Missouri. Fresh with the rock and country. He shares the same passion I do for music. He and his talented wife will make an appearance on the upcoming Frog Hill Legend album in December. Show him so love at:

Mind Mechanics (Memphis Reigns & hypoetical) & Piloophaz present the Allied Forces EP!  6 tracks of raw, gritty, underground hiphop.

The album features the production and lyrical talents of Piloophaz including guest emcee appearance by Smimooz.  DJ O'legg provided the cuts and our long time friend Dan J designed the amazing artwork which is included in the download.

Being of Pacific Islander descent, we'd like to do our part to help those less fortunate.

All,

I'll be performing two songs with my homegirl's hip hop band, the Tendaloins. Performance will be on October 24, 2009 at the Rock It Room in San Francisco. Come out if you're looking to have a good time and for some good live hip hop. Tendaloins have an awesome sound and the set is absolute fire. This band is truly amazing and the emcees are phenomenal.

And to all who are interested we did a limited pressing of my last release, "Skeleton Crew Diaries". For those looking for a hard copy, I'll have some at the show. Just hit me up after the performance.

Doors open at 900 PM, first performance and 930 PM, and the Tendaloins hit the stage at 1030 PM. Check the other bands out as well. Great music from the rest of the bands who we'll sharing the stage with.

One of the emcees (Caleb) from The Concrete Project has a free album for download on their site. Very amazing music.....my personal faves: Mama Said & Secondintro

Both Memph and I are happy to announce that our special interview for the NBT (nextbigthing) podcast is now up for download and streaming!  Nearly 30 mins. of us talking your ear off.

The interview taps into the psyche and personal lives of the MM crew and gives a brief history on how we joined forces back in the late 90s.  Also featured are some new tracks off our upcoming projects including the Allied Forces EP and Frog Hill Legends EP.   Martin also plays some tracks by D-Mitch and Spoonful along with Praverb.

Definitely worth a listen if you want to hear some new stuff coming from the Mind Mechanics crew!  A big thank you to Martin for hosting the show and giving us the opportunity to get deeper on some topics we haven't covered in some time.

Shout out to my man Zach Ryan for sending me this picture he sketched up. Zach is currently serving a 1 year tour in Iraq. Handle business and get home safely! Truly an honor that our tracks made the ruck sack journey down range. Thank you for your service to our country.
