HEY EVERYONE!!

First of all we want to thank everyone for comming out and supporting us at our cd release party.  All the bands were great and we could not believe the amount of people who showed up!!!  We have some pictures available from that night in our picture section!!  We will be back to the Dungeon around November sometime, so we hope to see all of yous there again!! Finally we want to thank everyone who has picked up our album, we have been recieving great feeback and we can't thank you enough.  If you don't have the album you can grab it at any store accross Canada!!! whats going on guys? alright, so here's the scoop. we've had a couple shows cancel, so i want to start by apologizing to cambridge, Guelph, and gatineau.. we will make those shows up in august after the CD comes out..

Since gatineau cancelled we're going to be playing The bovine sex club in toronto, on monday july. 17th. everyone should come hang the FUCK out!

EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT! SUMMERHERO SIGNS WITH BLACKBOX!
Thats right folks, after TO long talking about it, and to long beating around the bush, Im here to spill the beans, confess and come clean! We couldnt be more excited to let everyone in on what weve been hinting at for a while! Weve signed with Blackbox Recordings, the album is going to be called SOUND CANVAS!Jay and Ian at blackbox are two of the radest people that weve been lucky enough to meet in our time as a band, and we couldnt be more happy to have them on our side putting our records out! We dont have a release date as of yet, but it will be available in stores across canada in the very near future!
Since I first hinted at someone putting our record out, quite a bit has come up, and changed, and bit us in the ass(so to speak), but trust me, its all for the better! There is going to be a bunch of new songs, a handful of older songs, and some redone older songs aswell! Were super stoked on how things have turned out, and we cant wait for everyone to finally hear it!
That being said, weve also confirmed out Canadian Music Week showcase, which is going to be part of the Blackbox showcase. Mar.3rd at the speak easy(formerly the rockit!)! So many rad bands playing, so make sure you get out to this show early, you dont want to miss any of them!

This weekend, we are playing Agression Fest in London(saturday). This is a wicked festival put on by our friends over at Summercamp Productions, that has 28 bands, 2 venues, over 2 nights. We are playing the 2nd night, in the whippet lounge(the embassy and the whippet are connected). So, i thought i would post the set times, for the saturday of agression.

This show is going to be amazing, so make sure to get their early, cause you CAN'T miss any bands, especially Wheels on the bus!

Barrie... we've rescheduled the show that winter wouldn't let happen! now lets just all pray we don't get another fucking snow storm(fuck i hate winter)! Feb.2nd, at the Foundation, with Cauterize and Mugshot! This is not a party you want to miss!

The Next show announcement, is not a reason i wanted to be coming back to peterborough, and it sucks when you lose someone close. We will be playing a benefit show, in honour of Mitch Plunkett, someone taken far before his time! All proceeds from the show are going to Mitch's Family. RIP dude.

So there ya have it, long winded and all. We should have a couple photo's up from recording soon.

But we are forced to cancel our show tonite in barrie. with the weather being what it is, we can't afford to make the trek on our horrendous tires we have on our van right now. with the amount of bands getting in accidents due to bad weather, we just feel its better to cut our loss' right now, and re-book the show. with the album coming out in the new year, we're booking tours right now, its in our interests to not risk it tonite, as much as we hate to have to cancel,  and wait till the new year.

we WILL be back in barrie ASAP in the new year, with cauterize in tow!
