One of my all-time favourite scenes of Star Trek Voyager! Paris tries to be funny, but the doctor turns the joke on him. Classic Doctor Moment!

A while ago I made some new friends here on myspace by posting some not-so-positive feedback to a videoclip by a 'band" called "Baby Buh'.

Seems those guys really appreciate criticism, see who visited my page (and left negative votes, of course) at once when I uploaded "Trance" 4 months later:

Those are all ppl from "Baby Buh"'s top friends. :D Surely a pure coincidence! :D

Seems this was so important for B.B. that they even forgot to close the comments to their latest upload - something they did to their previous videos, allowing only friends (aka "clones" - note how 50% of their friends' video-comments use the same phrases again and again? :D) to leave feedback shortly after our first "encounter". :)

Am I sad that I don't have > 50000 plays with my videos? Weeeell, not really, at least all my clips are still rated over 65%, even with this group visit. And BBs clips? 50%, 55% and the latest 68% (and falling) - even though their page claims *millions* of visitors and plays... Scripted visits&plays? Noooo, surely a band as great as they are doesn't need methods like that... lol

Check out the B.B. videos if you dare and be amazed by the high quality of their works... :D

Or to quote Nude themselves:

"NUDE's myspace profile
www...myspace...com/..nudefakecredibility
became a new design last week 3.1
and we got a lot of response and new ideas from our fans...
So now we reworked it again to version 3.2 (programmed by www...myspace...com/brielmusik)
Tell us your thoughts, spread the word - maybe you got some great input again !?
Leave a comment and tell us !
stay tuned - stay nude !"

One of the sources you can access that are not censored by the Iranian Government

Spread the word. The people in Iran are standing up against a repressive regime of religious madmen that, in turn, is fighting back with indiscriminate violence.

People are dying in the streets of Tehran and other cities right now.

Seeing what has been unfolding over there in the past few days fills me with sorrow and terrible rage against the murdering swine who shoot at peaceful demonstrations.

Help spread the word about sites like the above that help spread the word about what is going on in Iran - iran.whyweprotest.net is one of them, set up by Anonymous. You can actively help the Iranian people by setting up proxys for them to use to bypass the government blocking internet services as facebook or twitter, right now pretty much their only connection to the outside and to each other.

I could post pictures or youtubeclips from the streets of Tehran here, but you can find all that on the linked page. There is no need for me to sensationalize my page with it.

People of Iran: My thoughts are with you and your courage in the face of personal harm and death makes me feel very small and humble! Down with the murdering dictators and long live the proud people of Persia!..

Ouchouchouch...

Friday evening I did an unlucky step out of a street-car and sprained
my left ankle. Now I sit here with a swollen foot going green and blue,
a cast and two crutches (really cool when you're badly trained) for the
next six weeks... oO

Sigh.

Well, on the good side - when the six weeks' over I'll have arms like Arnold... Wink

Wow, I just stumbled over this one and it's one of the most amazing projects I've seen and heard in quite a while:

Thru You, created by Kutiman from Israel takes snippets from people who video-blog on youtube about themselves and their instruments and music and cuts, pastes and rearranges all the bits into *AMAZING* music! I'm honestly blown away right now - wow!..

I've deactivated the autoplay on the myspace player and instead put up a Reverb Nation player - not only does it look nicer, it can pack many more tunes than just 6 and features like download actually work, nice! :)

I leave the myspace player online for now, because you still can add tunes from it to your playing lists by on click if you like. But I highly suggest checking out Reverb  Nation - you can set up your own playlists there too, not unlike with your myspace player, BUT bigger and you then can add your player to any page you like - myspace, your blog, facebook or whatever. :)

Quantcast

If you're too lazy to create your own playlist, or just want to listen to my music, simply grab one of my widgets from above and place it on your page, to suport me (that'd be cool!) - I will be adding new tunes from time to time, and they'll stay up-to date. :)

Lotsa cool artists are there too!
