We know this won't come as new information to the majority of our followers, but we wanted to make sure we made an official statement. Girls Get All The Action has decided to part ways. We are very thankful for the support received over the last year and couldn't have asked for a better experience along the way. When we started the band, we set out a list of goals for the year, and we can proudly say that we accomplished them all and then some. As the year went on, we all matured as individuals and musicians, ultimately becoming aware of our true desires both in the music industry and out. That being said, some of us realized that GGATA was not where we wanted to be. Rather than move on with a very different line-up, GGATA made the decision to disband and move forward with our future endeavors. Some of the band is still writing and producing music, so stay tuned for future projects. We will continue to leave the page up and running, although there will be little updates. Again, we want to thank everyone who supported our band (even those who may have just stumbled onto our MySpace page and pressed "play" on our player). We love you all and we look forward to what the future holds!

It has been confirmed that Girls Get All The Action will be featured in the October issue of Alternative Press Magazine (on shelves Sept. 1)! We don't really know the details, but we do know we are one of the top unsigned artists for the month. We hope everyone will rush out on September 1st and pick up a copy!

In spirit of the AP issue, on September 1st, we will be releasing a brand new myspace layout and a new song on myspace!

If you haven't already, check out our tour dates for August with Yearling and i-Rival. There are some pretty amazing shows planned for that tour, including our hometown show August 30th with some of todays best unsigned artists! We will be posting our Sept-Oct. tour dates over the next couple weeks.

We would like to take this opportunity to announce that we will be releasing our new EP, “White Lights”, digitally on Tuesday, June 9! We have spent the past couple weeks working with producer Sean Small (The Friday Night Boys, The Downtown Fiction) preparing this EP, and we cannot wait for you to hear it! That being said, we want you to hear some of the new material. In preparation of the new release, we will be releasing one new song on MySpace.com EVERY Sunday until release day, starting May 17th with our Lady Gaga “Poker Face” cover. Also, throughout the next month, we will be releasing an updated MySpace layout, new press photos, “White Lights” album art/track listing, and more. Hey guys and gals. We just played our second show with a skylit drive, attack attack, dance gavin dance, in fear and faith, and Iseestars in front of 700 kids. Needless to say it was amazing and we are so thankful for the opportunity to share the stage with those bands. With that being said, we have a few really exciting things planned for the future. We are 90% done with our Debut EP. We are recording with Sean Small (The Friday Night Boys, ABACABB, The Downtown Fiction) and couldn't be happier with the outcome. This music is going to blow everyone away and we can't wait to get it into your hands. Expect to see it by june. We are also booking a super secret amazing summer tour. Details soon.
