bought brand new in january 2007. was originally going to order a 5x8 with exta height, side door and brakes but it was going to be around 5,000. this was on the lot for 2,600. 6x10/6 ft interior height,side door std equipment. added E-tracks to both interior side walls and marine transom U-bolts to the floor for tie-downs. doesnt have brakes, would like to get some, getting stopped on dry pavement not a problem but does like to push the truck through wet stop sign intersections. weighs 1,000 empty. might upgrade the axle when i add brakes someday. the V-nose may help with wind resistance but its still about 2 ft above the top of the truck catching air and acting like a brake while going down the road. really goes through gas at 65. 45 probly the most fuel-effecient speed. having a vaccum guage lets me moitor engine load. its in the red alot when towing.

bought when it was 12 year old , this is a '93 ranger 4.0 V6 4x4. has a 5 speed manual trans with a hurst shifter. plan to add headers next spring and ditch the catalytic converter. has 3.73 gears and 235/15 tires. gets 17-19 by itself and 13-15 pulling the trailer. a 302 would be nice for more tourque, but i might as well upgrade to a full-size bronco and get better brakes as well. added step bars and a grill guard not long after i bought it. got about 12,000 in it.
