Today we are officially Black Cherry Blue and it doesn't matter what we used to be called because as far as i am concerned, this is the first day of this band. I would like to let you know why i decided it was best to change the name. Although I write the music and words, they would all just be ideas, if i didn't have the great musicians and friends that i do, to make those ideas into great music. I feel very fortunate to have Rob E. G, Cashew, and Skitch in this band with me, and it truly is a collective effort to make this, what it is. I realized that my name is not important in all this. What really is important is what we sound like together, and what we can build together. We, together, as one. We need our own identity, and that identity we all agreed, will be Black Cherry Blue. Please, if you haven't already, come out to a show, and see and hear what four musicians, working together to achieve the same goal of playing music that can actually touch people, can do. Peace!
