You can make a purchase from She Felt Pink through Etsy and Myspace.

To purchase via Myspace, please send me a private message about the item of your interest. Let me know the item you would like to purchase, your email address, the shipping address, and any adjustments of chain length if needed.

Your email address is needed to send a Paypal invoice for payment. You do not need a Paypal account to pay. A credit/debit card can be used on the Paypal website.

To purchase via Etsy, follow these directions. You need an account to purchase and contact me through Etsy.

Interested in a custom item? Simple send me a Myspace or Etsy message with the details of your request. I will be in contact with you shortly to discuss.

Payments

I accept Paypal only. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use it for purchases. You can use your credit/debit card through the Paypal website.

Shipping

All items are shipped by First Class mail in a bubble mailer to keep shipping costs low. I ship the day after your payment clears, unless it is a custom item.

International customers: You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at Customs.

Returns

If the item you bought isn't what you expected, you can send it back to me, in unused condition, within 14 days. I will refund the price of the item, minus the shipping and paypal fees.

Items lost in the mail will be replaced. I will however wait a while before shipping again, to see if the item shows up eventually.

Custom Orders

If you like any of my items, but would prefer it to look slightly different, please contact me! Maybe you would prefer a Blythe pendant with your own doll? Or a certain ribbon used on a hair clip instead of a brooch? Just let me know, I am happy to do customs!

Sizing

I give approximate measurements of all items. Please request a chain length adjustment upon purchase if needed. If you do not ask, I am not responsible for it not fitting.

Gift Certificates

She Felt Pink Gift Certificates can be used on the Website, Etsy, and Myspace. If Gift Certificate is used on Etsy, please put in coupon code upon purchase and a refund will be made via Paypal.

She Felt Pink Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date. Gift Certificates are not refundable, and can not be exchanged for money.

Safety

Due to small parts, some products are not suitable for small children. She Felt Pink is not resposible for any accidents that may happen while using or wearing the products.

What kind of payments do you accept?
I currently accept payment through Paypal alone. You do not need a Paypal account, however. You can simply pay through the Paypal site with your credit card. 

When do I need to pay?
Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase. Your item will be mailed out the next business day after payment clears.

When will my purchase be shipped?
Your purchase will be mailed out the next business day after payment clears, as long as it is not a custom item. However, please allow 7 days for a custom item to be finished. You will be notified the day your custom order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally. Please contact for shipping costs.

How much will shipping be?
Please contact me directly for shipping costs to your country.

Do you have any customer feedback?
I do! I have 100% positive feedback on Etsy.

Do you take custom orders?
I do! If you have something in mind, please do not hesitate to contact me directly to discuss your ideas. If there is something already for sale that you would like in different colors or a slightly different design, I can do that too.

What if I need to return an item?
I want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied! So if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and we can work something out. I do give full refunds if you are not happy with your item due to a major misrepresentation in describing the product. However, I do not refund for damages caused by the mail or the customer. Please contact me within one week of recieving your purchase to clear up any issues.
