If you live in the Los Angeles area or plan on being in Los Angeles for New Year’s Eve, we’d like to offer you the chance to win tickets to see BBVD live in one of LA’s best sounding and most beautiful live venues, Walt Disney Concert Hall.  We’re offering the winner a pair of premium seats in the Orchestra section for the 10:30 performance.  Here’s all you need to do to be eligible to win this contest:

1. At least once a day between Saturday, December 19 and Saturday, December 26, 2009, post a status update about the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy shows on New Year’s Eve at Walt Disney Concert Hall.  To make things easy, please use this update (simply copy and paste what’s written below into your “status”):

2. Send us an e-mail through MySpace with the subject, “Contest Entry,” so that we know you are participating in this contest.  YOU MUST SEND AN E-MAIL IN ORDER TO ENTER THE CONTEST.

3. On one day between December 19 and December 26, 2009, we will pick a contestant at random and check his/her page to see if one of the above status updates has been posted to his/her profile at some time that day.  If so, we’ll have our winner.  If not, we’ll pick another contestant at random and check his/her page. 

4. Winner will be notified by MySpace e-mail on Monday, December 28, 2009.

Rules and Regulations

Contest ends December 26 at 11:59pm. Tickets are for the 10:30pm concert only.  No purchase necessary. Anyone 18 years of age or older may enter the contest except employees of MySpace and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association (LAPA) and/or their families. Winning entry will be drawn at random from all complete entries received. Only the winner will be notified. The name of the winner will not be given out by phone. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner must agree to abide by any restrictions in connection with the prize. The decision of the contest judges is final. Neither MySpace nor LAPA will enter into an oral or written discussion of any contest matters. Entrants hereby release MySpace and their subsidiaries and affiliates from all liability for any personal injury or property damage which may be sustained during the use of any prize.
