Ever So Klever is making a radio appearance on WOR NewsTalk Radio 710's The Joey Reynolds Show. The show starts tomorrow at 12:00AM EST (technically Saturday - 7/11) and runs until 6:00AM EST.* The station has an online stream so you can listen in from anywhere in the world! (Not on the east coast of North America and wanna see what time it'll air near you? Check out World Clock)
To stream the show go to http://bit.ly/eskradio or click HERE and look for the "Listen Live" link (centered at the very top of the page -- it's orange). They have different directions depending on whether you're using Mac or PC so you may want to get there a few minutes early to make sure everything goes smoothly for you.
If you're not able to tune in (or even if you do) you can still hear Ever So Klever by heading out to a show or by picking up the new album, Bang Twang Boom, right HERE. There are a lot of new dates up now at eversoklever.com from now through DECEMBER including a show with Florida compatriots Artistic Simplistic this August.
* Please note that this is a change from the previously announced date and time.

Hello friends of Ever So Klever, I would like to write a
blog of reflection for you all. You, my dear reader, may or may not know
me, but I am Seth Levy, the manager of Ever So Klever.
Although the Myspace page says Ever So Klever has been a member since
8/16/2008, the band as you all know it did not make its debut until January
16th, 2009. Before then it was simply in utero, therefore I will speak
about the band as if its founding was on January 16th, not August 16th. I
officially took my position as the band's manager a week before this date.
Today Ever So Klever broke 5000 friends on Myspace. To most that is
incredibly insignificant however to me it is huge. Only four months have
passed since Ever So Klever came on the scene. Since then so much has
happened. Ever So Klever has played over 40 separate public
performances. They have been included in nearly every form of media out
there. On radio, newspaper, television, blogs, tweets, online video,
online news, compact disc, magazines, posters, flyers, and have even been
included in a soon to be released full length movie. They have opened the
show for greats such as UB40 and The Supervillains and have been invited to
open for Big Bad Voodoo Daddy in the not too distant future. Their crowds
have gone from 5 people in a parking lot to tens of thousands at SunFest.
Their biggest fans range from Jack Nicklaus to the homeless guy who dances on
Hirmashee St in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, from an 8 year old boy to my 87 year
old grandfather. They have played for 6 major charities and 3 large
outdoor festivals. Other bands have adopted the term 'power swing' which
Ever So Klever coined themselves. And
now I am given the great task of booking an 8 week tour throughout the country,
starting with the east coast in June.
This has not come easy. I have traded in my hobbies, sleep, decent
paying job, and everything but my education to make this happen. My skateboards, Jeep, and other projects
collect dust while my phone bill goes up and my computer cramps up. I have given so much, yet I feel like I have
taken even more. I don't believe in
luck, however if I did I would say that I was extremely lucky to have had this
opportunity fall into my lap. The
product I am working with, Ever So Klever, couldn't be any better. The hard work of Rich Plaza, Joel Enriquez,
and Michelle Leigh have made my job so much easier than it is supposed to
be. I want to thank them for being so
great to me through all the ups and downs that have come about over the past
four months. I could go on and on about
how much this year so far has been enhanced by my work with the band, however believe
it or not there is still more work to do.
So I bid you farewell, and if you like what you hear, please let the
band know by posting a comment on their wall and going to their store at
http://eversoklever.com to pick something up.
I will leave my contact information below in case anyone out there has a
personal question for me.

If you haven't been to a live Ever So Klever show, you haven't experienced Ever So Klever. Last Saturday we played at a little venue called Alligator Alley and we knew we put on a great show as always, however it wasn't until we saw the following review posted about the show only hours after we stepped off stage.
Last night at Alligator Alley on Commercial Boulevard went from being an undesirable outing to a mind-boggling experience in musical innovation. Ever So Klever is a diverse six person group with a wide range of musical talent, charisma, and personality. Think of a meeting between Benny Goodman and Machito. Led by the guitarist in a stylish Fedora, the band is constantly in sync from beginning to end in what can only be described as a Vegas-style show for a very modest price. The drummer's syncopation will force you to move in some kind of way while the energetic, velvety voice and simple aesthetic value of the lead singer will entrance you into falling prey to her red lips and stylish vocals. Along with a steady bassist, saxophone/flutist, and an immensely stunning and precise trumpet player, this band excels in immersing you into the experience that is their power swing sound. As a music-lover and frequent music scene hopper I encourage everyone to check out this unique group of individuals at their website and can assure you that they will pique your interest at the very least and earn your patronage, admiration, and friendship at the very best. So if you like music that makes you feel, dance, and get away from your troubles for a bit......and think you can resist falling in love with the Ever So Enticing trumpet player and singer....I hope I'll see you at the next show. As Hunter S. Thompson once put it so well, "Buy the ticket, take the ride." Thanks for a great show guys and I can't wait till the next one.
That was written by Nick Perdomo, someone who has been involved in the music and venue industry for many years. We decided to repost this with his permission so those of you out there who still haven't made it to an Ever So Klever show will get off your behind and come see us soon!

There is so much happening so fast its hard for even us to keep up with. While we will continue to send out Myspace updates on occasion for MAJOR things, we have decided to create a mailing list using e-mail. This also allows those who are not of Myspace to be informed, which is a plus. So if you would like to be added to the mailing list, please send an email to info@eversoklever.com with "Add Me" in the subject and anything you want in the body, surprise us!
We are also working on creating a street team for the fans that want to help support the band in your local area. We are only going to be accepting a limited number per area, so sign up before word gets out! The street team members will be responsible for distributing demos, posting advertisements, and other ways to get the word out about the Power Swing movement. If interested, email team@eversoklever.com and give us your full name, phone number, address, local metro area, and at least one idea that you could bring to the table. We look forward to see what you have to say!
With a new album just around the corner, this is Ever So Klever saying thank you for all your support so far and we appreciate everything you will bring us in the future.

Okay, it is 4 am and we just got home from the recording studio after
spending a whopping 16 hours on site. What that means for you, our
fans, is that you get some new material with our two brand new members,
Paula on trumpet Kris on saxophone. That said, we need your help! Take
a listen to the first two tracks on our playlist. As their titles
indicate, these are rough cuts (very rough cuts) made after a long day
of recording, so please keep that in mind. Once you listen to them, we
want to know what you think. Do you like the horns? Are they being
used well in our music? Let us know using the Kudos system. Give us
however many Kudos you think the new music deserves (from -2 to 2)
using the comment button on the bottom of this post. We thank you for
your honest opinons and look forward to playing for you live in the
near future!
