I saw my brother yesterday, and it made me very happy to see him lookin' very different from the way he looked in tha fucked up city jail.  In that black and white bullshit they made him wear....Maan! He is cleaned up and looks healthy.  Color in his face too!  He's finally able to get sun and be outside SOME walls.  (AFTER 3 WHOLE YEARS)  imagine not able to go outside for 3...You can imagine how it felt... able to hold my little brother in my arms ...being without a contact visit for 3. 

That shit was crazy.  It's not what I expected.  I can already tell a difference in his train of thought.  His head is held up high and looking strait ahead.  I'll be there for my brother always...right there with him...helping him do his time.  Make these years fly by.  Staying positive and taking the blessings in descise.  If ya know what I mean. 

 Don't get me wrong bout him being on lock...but what can I do bout it? NOT A FUCKIN' THING! All I know is carma is a bitch!  FUCK THA BITCH THAT PUT US IN THIS....don't let me run into your bitch ass, ya HOE ass skank.  I know you already paying for what you did and wrongly accusing is what you'll have to answer to.   

Something to think about:  I heard...tha more ya know its wrong...tha more it hurts ya.

Today was the worst day of my life....I prayed and hoped that this day would be the beautiful day it portrayed to be when I walked out that door this morning.  I had faith that God would take care of my family.  We know that things arn't always what they seem to be...but we still take the things we have for granted.  To all that who read this...don't be greedy.  Cause it could easily be tookin' from you.  Today the devil fucked with my fam and is planning to take 9 more years from my brother's life...(thats a total of 12)...the wrath is not over and don't know if I can take much more of these accusers and their lies.  But one thing I know for certain...the people that lie in this world may not know what the consequences are...neither do I...but who am I to judge... when all we have is God to inlay our trust...

I have my music...I produce and write...my brother Manuel B would be the one to wreck on dem...and he'd never think twice...bout letting me know if it's a good one or a bad one. lol  The music we made together brought us together as one...a team and business parters...I have to live with out for quite sometime.  I know it doesn't mean forever...I know he's still here on this earth...but its just not the same when you don't have them here in the studio with you...during this time that we awaited his trial...I had it in my mind that its only temperarely.  I guess it hits you...when its close to home and what your used to.  I love my brother Manuel B and pray that he keeps his head strait in there and I know the only way to have that...is to be there for him...visit and write him and make these years fly by...so that we can have him come out and finish what he started with this music thing.  If you have little ones or brothers and sisters...tell them that you love them today.  V Roc

NBA Freeflow on BET


I had to hold back on officially announcing this because the contract wasn't finished until last night. NBA Freeflow is a Sprite joint production venture with BET and the NBA for a 30 minute show on how your favorite NBA players get hyped with music. We've got the big names: LeBron, Shaq, Ben Wallace, Stackhouse, Duncan, and more all talking to us about how they get up for their big games.

Why does this matter to you? Because we sent in 14 different beats to be incorporated into the vignettes and the 30 minute show.
