Current mood: Laughing like a maniacal maniac
So we haven't posted an update to "Who Forted?" in three weeks now. Sorry about that. Contrary to popular belief, we were not "sued into oblivion." There's no gag order, there's no payoff, and no one died. I don't know where people come up with this stuff.
In reality, we just needed a break. Trust me. Recovering from the holidays just rolled right into preparing to move to Chicago (oh yeah, we're moving the WF offices to Chicago soon, btw), so that's the real reason for the three week absence. That, and we just bought an XBox 360. Talk about a productivity killer. But now that we've recovered from the busy holidays, packed a few boxes, and beat 'Dead Rising' with the good ending, we're back with somewhat of a vengeance.
SO, this Monday, the 2nd of February, scoot your little behind over to www.whofortedblog.com for a massive, two-page update. There's a jumbo sized news section with nearly double the headlines than usual, a look at a rather perplexing little little incident that no one's been able to figure out since the 50's, an exclusive response to the readers of WF from "Dawn"- the mother from the Paranormal State "Lady Vampire" episode, a look at the future of paranormal television, a review of what could be the best vampire movie ever made, and a video that we've been promising for weeks; you know, the one where Bria[deleted]nois forgets to turn his webcam off after a radio show.
Let me say that the news particularly kicks ass this time around. We've caught a TAPS member with her pants down. And we've got pictures. And they're disgusting.
All that and more, this week in the triumphant return of "Who Forted?" : The Paranormal Magazine for people above a fifth grade reading level. There's always TAPS Paramag for the rest of you.

Yes, you can be the reader of all that great material for the low, low price of $0.00. Talk about a steal. Visit: WWW.WHOFORTEDBLOG.COMwhile supplies last. Also, we should mention that tonight, our lovely Dana Matthews will be appearing on WARNING Radio with Bryan, Lu, and Baxter of The Rocky Mountain Paranormal Society and Independent Paranormal. As a reformed paranormal television "star", she's got a lot of great insight into the paranormal TV 'biz that most don't, and she's cute to boot. Check that out tonight at 9EST/6PST at www.warning.info While you're waiting for that, we also had a good chat with the nice folks over at GhostlyTalk last night. There's a lot of WF talk, we share our opinions and frustrations on the state of the paranormal community, talk a little bit about "WTF?!" (our upcoming independent web series), and more. You can check that out over at the GT archives by visiting www.ghostlytalk.com. Oh yeah, and we're moving to Chicago soon...have we mentioned that? Look out midwest, GHI has plans for you.

We decided to do something a little different for the WFNews this week. We think you'll enjoy it. To read it, head on over to: WWW.WHOFORTEDBLOG.COM There's a TON of fresh new photoshops, news that we haven't reported .. (and you probably haven't read about a few of them), a brand spanking new ParaNormin comic strip, and an article by the Rocky Mountain Paranormal Society that asks, "how did Thomas Edison really feel about talking to the dead?" Read it all in this week's edition of Who Forted? the free online paranormal magazine... for smart people.

Category: Writing and Poetry
We just recently did a couple interviews that we wanted to point a few people toward in the event that they were compelled to get a little more insight into "Who Forted?", GHI, and some of the back story with a few things that have been going on in both. They don't suck either, we promise. We have a thing against promoting stuff that isn't very good. We did a really fun interview with JoyHorror from HorrorNews.net the other day for his "Unexplained Confidential" column. It covers a lot of the WF "why's", some upcoming plans, one of our scariest ghost hunting experiences, how Tim Holmes (the bigfoot hunter) became part of the team, our favorite paranormal television shows, why we think that the paranormal is so popular right now, and more. One of the HorrorNews readers even called it the best "Unexplained Confidential" interview yet! You can read that baby over HERE. Secondly, I hung out with our pals from Warning Radio this Monday evening to conduct an interview completely wasted. I wish I was just kidding, but I actually forgot that I had done the interview until Dana reminded me later the next day.. The easiest way to explain it is probably : Pain medication and sedatives + Bryan, Lu, and Baxter + live internet radio = lots of tangents and unfiltered honesty. There's a lot of "umming" and "erring" and a few awkward noises on my part as well, for fans of that sort of thing. We talk about our new invention to talk to the dead (involving the metro transit 15 and a telephone), future plans for "Who Forted?", crappy paranormal magazines, crappy paranormal celebrities, and about how wasted I am among other things. You can listen to that comedy goldmine HERE. Keep your eyes open for a few future interviews that are looking to be a lot of fun, including one on GhostlyTalk (as soon as I call Scott L, like I was supposed to a week ago. Sorry!). Also, this weekend "Who Forted?" is looking to be more fun than ever as we debut the first ever paranormal political comic strip, disseminate urban legends, answer hate mail, review some movies, and, as always, share our favorite headlines from the paranormal community. Sunday night, late. Be there. www.whofortedblog.com Love Always, Greg and the GHI gang.

We would like to formally apologise to Kristyn Gartland for a poor attempt at humor made in this week's WFNews update. It was pointed out that our poor choice of words could easy be misinterpreted. We in no way meant to imply that Mrs Gartland was involved in any illegal activity.
The extended apology can be viewed at www.whofortedblog.com
We sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings that this may have caused, and will be more diligent with our editing in the future.

This week on "Who Forted?" It's the RETURN OF THE NEGATIVE NEWS! What can you expect in the news this week? - There's a 17 year old kid from Oregon who thinks he's a vessel from God (and some people are falling for it)
- [deleted] pulls some numbers from his butt and doubles as an ad campaign for dental hygiene
- A Florida woman is suing her fortune teller,
- TAPS is ruining the reputation of ghost hunters everywhere
- Witchcraft is a new subject in school
- Obama and UFOs,
- [deleted] wants you to bid on his eBay auction
- Paranormal State is out of cases
- And [deleted] is a sore loser. And that's just the news. There's also a brand spanking new astrological forecast from THE ASTONISHING FOUST, and the Rocky Mountain Paranormal Society takes a look at the claims that Thomas Edison was working on the so-called "Telephone to the Dead" before his death.

The latest edition of WFNews is now online at WhoFortedBlog.com. This week's edition of our favorite paranormal news headlines covers: - Patrick Burns is actually being stalked
- Russian vampires
- Moon conspiracies
- Michael Jackson bids on a ghost in a bottle
- Bigfoot's relative sought in new expedition
- The "telephone to the dead" is a load of crap
- God vs. aliens
- A fake demonologist wants to sell you a handbook
- and more... Not only that, but there's a new article by television producer Scott Carr titled "An Afternoon With Betty Hill". For those of you unfamilliar with Betty Hill, she and her husband Barney are probably the most famous example of the claims of UFO abduction, theirs taking place on September 19-20, 1961. Their story has since been written about in numberous books and adapted into film form. Scott spends an afternoon with Betty before her death in 2004 and writes about the experience. Keep your eyes peeled on Who Forted? because it's almost December, and that means a brand new psychic forecast from The Astonishing Foust. That should be good. Check out the free, online paranormal magazine that isn't run by crazy people at: WWW.WHOFORTEDBLOG.COM If you like what you see, do us a favor and REPOST! Tell your friends, tell your enemies, tell your dead relatives. We ain't makin any money off this, people. Love, Ghost Hunters, Inc.
