Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you all know that we are going to be playing in Perth on the weekend of the 4th and 5th of October for the Perth Telethon Weekend. Telethon is a charity organisation committed to improving the lives of young people throughout Western Australia. This weekend is about honouring everyone involved in Telethon and it is great for us to be able to perform for such a good cause.

We will be playing at approximately 9:15 and 11:20 on Saturday night and then again at 5:30 on Sunday afternoon. This will be broadcast live on Channel 7 Perth or you can buy tickets from www.ticketmaster.com.au/

And for all those of you who aren't from Perth but wish you could hear Small Mercies on the TV, you should all check out "Battlefronts". It's on every Sunday night at 6:30. They've already used a few Small Mercies tunes throughout the show and are planning to use more before the seasons end.

Cheers

Hi Everyone,

For those of you who haven't yet heard our tour of North Queensland with Shannon Noll has been postponed until March due to Shannon's health. For those of you who bought tickets, these are all still valid for the March dates and although it is longer than we would like to wait before getting to see all our North Queensland fans, we will be seeing you at the shows in March.

Hi Everyone,

As you can probably tell from the title of this Bulletin we have a bit of bad news this morning. Unfortunately our performance on the Footy Show has been cancelled.

We're so sorry to everyone who has bought tickets to this show but the situation was not within our control. Hopefully we'll be able to catch you at another show really soon instead.

Hi everybody.

We want to apologise to all who happened to venture out to the Queens Street Mall on Saturday for the proposed launch...and to all those who planned to come to the show.  Due to events out of our contol we were forced to cancel the show last minute.  If was not by the band's choice and we were extremely disappointed.  We were so looking forward to celebraing the release of our album with our all our brisbane friends and fans and we hope that we can we can make it up to you all by putting on a great show at the Shannon Noll shows in Queensland.

Thanks you again for all your support and understanding.  We apologise for the unfortunate event and hope to see you again very soon at one of the shows.

Take care,

Small Mercies

Hey Everybody,

The day has arrived!  The album is out and on the shelves.  Thank you to everyone who has supported us and share our passion for our music.  It was because of you all that allowed us to make it to the very special achievement.  We know a number of you have already gone out a bought a copy on the weekend, thank you for that.  For those who haven't yet don't forget to grab one this week. Fingers crossed the charts are good to us.

Next on the agenda is the launch on the 31st in the Queen Steeet Mall.  We look forward to seeing you all out that day and at the following shows with Shannon.  It is going to be a very exciting and busy time for us for the remainder of the year but we all are pumped about it.

Thank you all again and we can't wait to see you all very soon.

Hi guys,

Guess what? We're having a live performance and signing to promote the release of our new album! It will be held in Queen Street Mall, Brisbane on the 31st of May (we know it's a week after the album is out but unfortunately we've recently changed management and this has only been put together at the last minute).

The show starts at midday so make sure you come and see it all, it's going to be great.

Cheers

Hely Folks!

Back on home soil.  Still getting over the jetlag...and maybe the free drinks on the plane ride home. Our US trip was a great success and we have carried home many fond memories from our time away...and few pretty cool stories!

Last time we wrote we were heading to the famous Roxy for our last show in LA. What a treat to play in a venue with so much rock history! Again, we got a great reception from the LA crowd and a very positive response from some pretty important industry people aswell.

However, the real story happened the following night! Again, finding ourselves at the Roxy with fellow Oz band "Juke Kartel", we rock up to see the band "Camp Freddy"! If you don't know about these guys google them as fast as you can man!  What followed was possiblely the best night of our lives!  Let me set the scene.

Staring line up on stage included "Dave Navarro" (Janes Addiction, Red Hot Chilli Peppers), "Chris Chaney" (Jane's Addiction), Matt Soren (Gun's n' Roses), along with a few others. Following this, Mark McGrath (Sugar Ray) joins them on stage as does Duff McKagan (Gun's n Roses) and Tommy Lee (Motley Crue).  Throughout the nights others join the stage such as members of the Sex Pistols and Chester (Linkin Park).  However, the pinnacle moment of the evening was when none other than "Slash" (Guns
'n' Roses) graces the stage.  The boys belted out rock classics by Led Zepplin, ACDC, The Who and of course Guns 'n' Roses!  All the while we stand within spitting distance of true rock royalty!

To top the night off, after having a few drinks next door at the Rainbow, in walks Slash and Tommy Lee who were both happy shake hands with a few young Aussies!  What a night!

Anyway, back to reality and back home in Oz ready to hit the road.  We are so pumped that the album is finally coming out and can't wait to see everyone at the Shannon shows!  Make sure you get out and grab a album and come rock out with us on the tour.

One final thing before we sign off.  Spare a thought for one of our own, our sound guy Anthony who is currently rocking around the US with our friends the Veronicas doing their front of house sound!  Good luck mate! We have taught you how to drink with the best of them now it's time we let you tackle the big wide world on your own....show those girls how to rock 'n' roll!
