Hello everyone,
Been a while since I have posted something, or even really been on here... Were currently practicing our asses off and getting ready to hit the studio! It will be from December 11th-18th and will be produced by Elvis Cortez of Left Alone. Elvis is bringing a lot of great ideas to the table already, so we are very excited to hit the studio and record our first full length. We are tentatively planning a late February, early March release with hopes of a Europe tour, than US. So keep checking back for new updates and we will get some studio videos up for your Christmas present!

After almost two weeks of tour I thought I should let
everyone know how it has been going. You never know what to expect once you
head out on the road and these past couple of days have been a testament to
that. Leaving for Las Vegas in high spirits we made the journey in the usual
four and a half hours. After spending the day with some friends, nearing time
to head to the show we realized the passenger side front caliper had seized and
prevented us from taking our van to the show. After a few calls to the promoter
we ironed everything out and were able to bum gear. I replaced the caliper the
following morning and re-adjusted the rear brakes and off we went.
Arizona and New Mexico posed no problems at all and were
able to recharge and refresh at a friends house in Farmington, New Mexico.
Thanks Carlton, were going to get you at poker next time through! On to Denver
with no problems, we were actually playing with an L.A. band the Mo-Odds. Upon
our arrival the bar tenders knew
nothing about our arrival or either a band playing at all due to the promoters
lack of communications. We ended up pulling the best show together possible and
were able to enjoy the next day and a half off with our close friend Noah.
Leaving Denver about 70 miles North on our way to Nebraska
the fuel pump decided to quit working and left us stranded. After sitting for
several hours and weighing all the possibilities we decided our quickest bet
was to tow the van back to Noah’s in Denver and fix the pump ourselves.
Fortunately we saved over $450 in doing this, but missed our show with Bombs
Blast in Kearney, Nebraska.
After an 1100 mile drive over night to Milwaukee, which was
to be the first night of our mini tour with Homeward Bound we discovered at 9pm
that the show would not go on due to a problem with the entertainment license
at the bar. Not much to be done about that we headed to a truck stop near
Chicago for the night and wanted to get up early the next day to do some
skating. Unfortunately it rained all day! Upon arriving at the club we realized
there were no flyers up, the show wasn’t promoted in the local paper and
Lollapolloza was going on! So, needless to say anymore it was almost a complete
waste of time! Not to mentioned the van gave us more problems after the strut
rod bushing ripped.
Finally on o Toledo, Ohio where our good friends Homeward
Bound are from to play Frankie’s on Saturday the 8th. The show was
exactly what we needed. Everyone came out, sang along, danced and drenched us
with beer. Toledo, Ohio is definitely our home away from home. Thanks for
everything guys! Ryan especially for allowing us to crash at your pad for two
days and giving Damon his “Holy Toledo” tattoo!
I will keep everyone posted, thanks for listening.

Hello everyone!
Were back safe and sound from the first US wide tour! Thanks again to everyone who came out, showed support, bought a record or t-shirt. You made it possible for us to head out again this summer and that's just what were going to do! We have some of the dates and cities up that we will be hitting again or for the first time. Also, we would like to take the chance to announce that we will be recording two new songs to put on a 7" split with Fort Walton's SCARS AND STRIPES. It will be out this August on Durty Mick Records and we have almost 2 weeks of shows to play with them in August. So keep in touch, see you all on the road.

After our 700+ mile drive, we got out of the van and it was cold in Milwaukee!!! Of course not to the natives there, but when you leave Long Beach and it’s 85 degrees outside, anything below 50 degrees is cold. Luckily we were able to meet up with our friend Mike for some warm pizza and laughs before the show. We arrived at the “venue” which was in the basement of a house. This show was a blast! They packed as many kids into this basement as they could and the reception was awesome. We hung out with everyone for hours afterwards talking and drinking.
We got into Chicago first thing in the morning after an uncomfortable night at the truck-stop freezing in the van. At least Richie was the big winner in the video arcade getting 20+ bouncy balls. We made a stop at Guitar Center, picking up strings, sticks and drooling over the fancy stuff we can’t afford. Next was lunch time. What else are we going to eat in Chicago but Chicago Dogs! Since it was a little warmer out by this time of day we ventured on to the Metal Shaker and parked out front for a brief nap, since sleep the night before was interrupted by the cold. I have to say the Metal Shaker is an awesome little bar. Catering mostly to Metal, the staff was very hospitable and sound was great. After the show Rinalto was nice enough to take us home to eat some pizza, take a hot shower and crash out, thanks again!
Off to Toledo… Arrived at Frankie’s early enough to meet up with our good friend Larry Loveless for a nice dinner at the local Italian eatery. The night was filled with a total of six bands. We went on fourth and luckily rocked every ones socks off, because it landed us a show the following night at Frankie’s again. That night we took a trip up to Detroit to stay with our homie Dirty from the Detroit Rumblers. The 100 mile drive was well worth it to sleep in a bed and take a hot shower. We got back into Toledo and grilled some steaks with Larry and pre-gamed a few PABST. Lucky for us Larry decided to do an acoustic set with upright bassist Joe, which was quite a treat! Several people from the night prior came out to watch us our second time here at Frankie’s and brought friends to enjoy the sound as well. Mid-way into the set Larry Loveless jumped on stage to lend his acoustic skills in a cover of “Folsom Prison Blues” by none other than the man in black. On our final song Damon and Rich got into their usual kicking and shoving match but this time Richie decided to give Damon a piece of his mind, literally! A perfect head butt to Damon’s temple sent him flying across the stage, luckily being caught by the wall. Maybe Richie thought he owed it to him after the kick to the face in Nebraska. Thanks again for everyone coming out a second time and supporting this fiasco, we had a blast in Toledo and can’t wait to get back there! Thanks brother Shane for putting us up that night and the pizza’s!
Cleveland came unannounced, our boys in Homeward Bound invited us to tag along to the Spitfire Club. This place was awesome too! The stage was wrapped in a chain link fence with about a three foot opening in the front. We opened the night to a rowdy full house. Followed by …………. And than of course Homeward Bound. Thanks again to Homeward Bound for having us out, the Toledo Crew and The Cleveland Rumblers. We got a tip that down the street there was an awesome sandwich shop. However, all the drag-bars in the area are around the restaurant and everyone usually makes their way in for a sandwich afterwards. They didn’t mean drag-car-bars either. Sure enough, it was a cool little sandwich shop, but no sign of the New York Dolls yet. Than like a bus unloading at a Streisand concert about 20 linebackers in prom dresses start packing this place. Of course we don’t care until we are quickly the minority and feel as if we may have to fight our way out because Damon is starting to get some winks and head nods! Fortunately we paid our bill and made it safely to the van.
After a nice relaxing drive to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (not where Jesus was born) we pulled into Wildflowers Cafe. If you are in the area of Bethlehem than you need to go try their pizza! Mostly a Vegan Café with tasty cookies and treats their pizza was awesome, I can’t wait to get back and have another pie. There was a nice crowd their for a Sunday night. Maddog Surrender started it off with their blasting Oi! sound. We went on second followed by Allentowns own, Ambergris. Thanks again to the Wildflower for having us on such short notice Truman for hooking us up and the bands and people for coming out. That night we drove the 80 miles to Brooklyn to stay with our good friends Laurens and Helena (I Scream Records). We had a great nights sleep in a bed and hot showers the next morning. Helena was nice enough to take some band shots of us and Laurens cruised us around Brooklyn for a bit for pizza and a stop at Guitar Center. Of course the Brooklyn police had nothing better to do but harass me for 45 minute and give me a $120.00 ticket for pulling out of a parking spot with no seat belt on. I guess when your only 2 blocks from the projects you have nothing else to do but harass the out of town-ers in the big white van.
Monday night we stayed at a lovely truck stop between NYC and Virginia Beach (not really that lovely) but whatever works. We got to Virginia Beach early enough to go for a nice cruise down the beach and relax for a bit. We finally made it from one coast to the other. We had plenty of time to burn before the 9 o’clock show so we indulged in the $1.99 Popeye’s special, 2 pieces and a biscuit. We cruised over to the Bar None and you wouldn’t think that later in the night punk rock bands would be playing, more of a NASCAR crowd. As soon as the sun went down, sure enough the rockers started coming out. We played our set early so we could get on the road early for our 800 mile drive to Cocoa Beach. Thanks for everyone at the bar none for the support and the great food and drinks. Off to Cocoa Beach Florida…. More soon!

The trip to Las Vegas couldn’t have gone smoother. Got there early enough to hit the grocery store to stock up the cooler and check out Viva Las Vegas at the Orleans Casino. The Hellbounders car club had some of their rides set up when we arrived at the Dive Bar for the after Viva party. We started the nights festivities off, playing to an almost full bar. The rest of the night went great hanging out with some newly made friends. Unfortunately the Dive Bar said they were never going to pay us in the first place and at the end of the night did just that! Don’t worry Dive Bar, we won’t be coming back! However, thanks again to Cyrus and his boys for taking care of us! We had a chance to go back to the Orleans and hang out with our close friends Bob and Stephanie for a few hours and Max who came to the show all the way from Milwaukee who will be joining us again on Tuesday night.
We hit Arizona around 6 am and Damon woke up to the ground covered in snow. So, we made a pit stop to let Damon eat the yellow snow, I made a snow angel and Rich bombed us with snowballs. We arrived into Albuquerque early enough to hit up Knockouts for a couple hours. How can you go wrong with $5.00 lap dances! Caught up with some friends early enough to hang out before we went on at 10. Albuquerque is a great town and a lot of people came out to show their support! Thanks again to PAN!C, Dynamite Kege and The Gracchi For playing the show and being extremely hospitable.
Unfortunately we had to leave as soon as possible from Albuquerque because 750 miles lie ahead before we were to reach The Roman in Kearney, Nebraska. Instead of the “normal” route through Colorado, we thought it best to try going through Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas after the horrible luck with the van last trip. Leaving Albuquerque it has begun raining. No more than 20 miles out of town it started snowing, and I don’t mean little flakes, huge puffy snow! It was so thick, we couldn’t see the white lines in the road. We decided to pull over for a bit hoping it may pass. After a few minutes a cop comes from the back going about 15 miles an hour with all his lights on illuminating the freeway. Luckily we were able to follow him for a good 10 miles until we were free from the storm.
Arriving into Texas raining buckets, we lost one of our windshield wipers, luckily just the passenger side so we kept on. But of course with our luck, getting into Oklahoma with it raining buckets still we lost the other wiper as well. So driving no more than 50 mph we pushed on through the rain. We reached Kansas with no serious problems until we noticed a drip coming from underneath the engine. Upon closer inspection it looked as though out water pump was leaking! The same water pump that was replaced in Colorado last January!!! With still 150 miles to go and only 6 hours to get there, we tightened up the bolts on the water pump the best we could, hoping that may solve the problem pr help it a bit. Of course it didn’t, so every 30 miles or so we had to stop to fill the radiator up with coolant because it was all steadily leaking out and in the middle of nowhere there either is never an auto parts store or if there is one their definitely not open on Sundays, especially Easter Sunday. Like a ray of hope it stopped raining when we got to Nebraska. I don’t know how it can continuously rain through 5 states over 750 miles. I guess that’s why we aren’t weather men.
Kearney was a breath of fresh air. The first town with more than 100 people and didn’t smell like cow shit. We set up for the show with Bombs Blast and had time to hang out with all the kids before hand. Bob Roberts opened the show, he was hilarious whether he meant to be or not. We played around 10ish to a pretty full house. We played our hardest yet, feeding off the energy from the crowd. The more they danced and threw each other around, the harder and faster we played. If only Richie could have stopped knocking my cymbals stands over from running back and forth on the stage. Finally our last song, “Little Things.” During the guitar solo Rich jumped into the crowd playing his bass and when he decided to jump back on the stage, due to the floor in the front being a little slippery from all the spilt drinks, took a face plant directly onto the stage! Luckily Damon was there to kick him in the face as he was trying to get back. We ended the set and weren’t aloud to leave the stage until we gave them one more, so we threw a Stooges cover their way to leave ‘em happy. Bombs Blast played an awesome set after us! They invited us on stage to sing a cover from their arsenal “St. Mary’s” from Rancid. Thanks again for all the fun and to all the kids who came to the show, we had a fucking blast! Can’t wait to go back to Kearney and play with those guys again.
We thought it would be best to stay in a hotel to recharge and get a shower in since we would probably be working on the van all the next day. We found a NAPPA down the street the next day and started digging into the van. Once we got into it we noticed the bypass hose on the water pump was swollen and had a split in it, thank god! They had the part on hand and we were back on the road heading to Milwaukee!
