"Cinderellas-Young girls come to the big cities,
'Cause they all dream about becoming a princess.
But princes aren't enough, it's just a fact.
And instead of magic, all you get are tears and stresses."
Someone might say "It's not important enough." Yes, it's true. The world is in a crisis right now. Someone might also say "It happens all the time" and they too would be right. When it happens to a stranger, it's just a story. But if it happened to you, it's a tragedy. Think about it.
Today's press release is not like our standard releases. It comes in the form of a story, written by Tanya Mysh before she passed away.
Notes From The Future
Evening. 10 hours, Moscow Time. A girl leaves a train station in Yaraslav. It's either winter or summer on the street, but it's not important either way. It's not clear, but it's reality... as usual. The girl has a confident way of walking, without being afraid of the future... and then everything changes for her. It happens all the time. It's destiny.
Millions of buildings. Transitions. The girl hasn't noticed how many people are passing her by. Her dream starts to heat up... but in general, it's not cold, or hot... it's just a habit. Everything is going according to plan. Only in Moscow, she doesn't have to understand this milliard capital. But she knows what she wants. She just needs to focus on the purpose of why she's here. Will she be shocked, or surprised? She doesn't know neither answers, but she already has her purpose.
She goes down to the subway. She goes through a turnstile, and enters the platform. There are four people running late. Three minutes. Five. Two more. Too long. In the dark light, the lights start to get closer... quickly. It's arrived. The doors open. The girl gets into the train-car. A tired middle aged man sits next to her, reading a newspaper. He pretends to at least. It's common. It's Moscow. The girl becomes hot, so she unbuttons her jacket. The train passes two stations. She gets off... "HEY! Jerk! Heeyyy!" She no sooner stepped on the platform, when her jacket disappeared into the dark tunnel. It's a shame it was unbuttoned.
The girl stands next to a shop's window display. There are beautiful ornaments, and designer clothes in them. They're so bright. The girl sits down on some steps, and asks "Why?" Well, it's destiny. But yet, she still tries to change it.
There are several options. Go to MGIMO (Moscow State University of Public Affairs) New York, or a husband? Will I love him? Picture it. She thought about it... Music school. Moscow. Concerts. Fans. Fulfilling her dream. But how do I make it happen? She tries to choose. But actually, there is no option. Just a scrappy representation of the future. She dreams too much. It clouds up the future. It doesn't make any sense.
Moscow. Everyone comes to this city. But how many are ruined by it? They don't understand. It's just a city that doesn't like strangers, and the life of similar girls end up the same. Yeah, life is hard. Sometimes you're all alone, and feel empty. But it works out.
The electric train doors close, and she decides to leave permanently. She only lost her jacket. It's a good thing she's not cold. It was a dream. It may have been silly, but she finally realized... "She survives... she trusts in herself." Even that might be hard to get used to.
-Tanya Mysh
In conclusion, it's important to realize that all of us are inspired by people who have come to the city from small towns, and have become rich, famous, etc. But no one realizes these stories are very small compared to the MILLIONS that try to do the same thing unsuccessfully. Is it worth it?
Think about it.
