After a lot of brainstorming, and a little bit of freaking out, we've found our new bassist! Our thought process leading up to the decision was like, "How in the hell do we replace the coolest freakin' guy in the world?" You can't replace to coolest freakin' "guy" in the world. But what we can do is get the coolest freakin' "GIRL" in the world! HA! Take that! Ladies and gentlemen, our new bassist... Lauren Goffin. You may know her from her bass duties in The Wrecked Chords. Your band may have even used her, "The Van moves your band" service. Nonetheless, she is a wonderful musician and a great person to be around. So come out to the show JULY 4th at the Comet Tavern to see her debut as a "SexXy Boy"...??? Oh it's so confusing until the rock n' roll hits you in the gut! We go on after the fireworks. HINT: Her favorite color is pink and her favorite drink is well whiskey. -Jimmy Flame

Classic Flame interview from NWWA television

Yesterday, we met in Georgetown for a 'photo shoot'. We ended up taking a bunch of pics at the Eagles Lodge down their. Good times! Nothing really beats $2.00 shots and $1.00 beers. We ended up using about 10 of the 50 photos taken. The place is huge! We are even thinking about having a show their. They have a huge show room. With the right bands and sound it could be something rad!

New club in Seattle alert! KING COBRA opened up the stage to us the other night with Top Heavy Crush and Blackie. The sound is phenomenal. The staff is killer. And of course, Jenny Bendel rocks! It was by far, the best show we've had in some time. JF&TSB give the new joint 8 THUMBS UP and a snap in a Z formation!
